What a terrible experience I had with Protech Laundry!
It is said that the shop should be closed at 10 pm. I tried to reach out to Protech Laundry on 9 pm through phone call, however nobody was answering. Understanding that Protech Laundry mentioned that they are closing on 10 pm, I tried to come and get my laundried goods anyway. Imagine how suprised I was that the shop was already closed and deserted on 9.30 pm! I asked about Protech Laundry's actual closing time to the security guard and he affirmed both that it was on 10 pm and the staffs leaving time was on 9 pm??!!! Such a waste of my time!! Protech Laundry, if you need to close down your shop on 9 pm..please wrote it down publicly! I cannot accept whatever definition of your closing time right now. 10 pm is 10 pm and you have just wasted my precious time to go down there and trying to retrieve my item! Terrible service!

This has been the launderer since decades ago. They used to be called Martinizing but I don't know why it's been Protech since a few years ago. Last week I laundered my toddlers stuff: 1 medium sized blanket, 1 child size and 2 pillow/ dolls. It took them 1 week to process my stuff and Rp84k. I don't know if this is too expensive but surely it is too long to launder 4 regular items. Maybe they have too much orders.
