My wife's very expensive diamond ring went missing g from the safe in our villa. The hotel response...oh well. It quite simply had to be taken by staff. Too bad that we leave Bali with that taste in our mouths.

The room has a wonderful ocean view and you can take stunning shots. The swimming pool is not small and the place is quiet. However, the air-co is a bit noisy in one of our rooms and the staff need more passion. Overall, four stars.

Very nice hotel but the maintenance must really really control. We have no hot water in our room and it takes 2 days just to know what is the problem. It make us dissapointed. They overed free massage for complimentary but we don't need any massage. We need HOT WATEEEERRRR...

I stayed at Sahadewa. It was a nice place to stay. Yes, there are stains at the ceiling and the wall here and there but for me that's not a big deal. The staff was so helpful. The pool was clean. Large refrigerator, stove，frying pan and other kitchen utensils were provided. Minus : it took more than 30 minutes for them to serve the pizza i ordered. They should do better.

If you looking for romantic place and way from the crowded. Here we are is the best choice of Pandawa Villa. Get your front beach villa with a private swiming pool is super duper nice.

My partner and I stayed in a 'Delux Pool Villa' booked through an online site that included flights and 7 nights accomodation.
I had read some reviews on Trip Advisor and briefly looked at the rating and on the surface this place appeared to be a paradise.
I think at some point it may have genuinely been close to the 5 star facility it advertised, but in reality at present it is poorly maintained with few of the basic facilities you would expect in such an establishment.
The free breakfast was of poor quality and always delivered outside our requested time frame. Despite being left some tea and coffee there was no kettle in the supposedly fully equipped kitchen, no iron or other basic ammenities. Such devices were provided upon request after several lengthy conversations, however communication was at times difficult with few of the staff on site speaking English.
We were offered free transport to the "city" upon arrival with the onsite car, however any time we asked the staff to take us they would explain that they couldn't and would insist on organising a taxi (even when the company car was in clear view). We were offered transportation to some of the local attractions, and took the opportunity at the agreed price of 400,000 IDR for the half day. The driver took us to the location we requested but continued to try and push additional cost and sightseeing on us for the remainder of the day which made it incredibly uncomfortable. At the completion of our agreed time the driver dropped us at a local market that he insisted was likely to be interesting for tourists, I can assure you that it was not.
My partner and I decided to hire a scooter from that point onwards and were advised to leave the keys with the facility for pickup when we flew out. When the company came to collect the scooter they found that it had no fuel whatsoever, despite us leaving it full on departure. The odometer was unchanged as per the photographs we had taken and we were not financially held accountable as a result but the frustration of knowing that there had been a complete lack of decency and honesty in the staff that we had been staying with was incredibly disappointing.
Upon arrival to the villa we were informed that no body else would be staying in our area, however we came back from being out one day to find empty, used glass wear in our kitchen. There was no notification that they would be showing others through the premises.
The pool was well maintained and the rooms were serviced daily, however I cannot say that I would stay here again.

This place is Terrible.
Photos look good however beware this place is fairly run down and in a location away from everything.
Our beach view was nice, when there weren't naked old men walking up and down the beach, (as this place is in a local residential area.)
Staff at the resort offered to take us on tours which only benefited them. They obviously had agreements with where they took us to profit themselfs.
Breakfast daily was a joke, was always cold and very low quality.
And to top it off. We had made arrangements with bali bike rental to pick our scooter up from the villa when we departed. We were told to leave our keys with reception. Upon returning home I was informed that the fuel tank has been siponed by the staff.
WHAT A JOKE !!
It was lucky I had taken photos of the condition I left the bike in before departing.
Don't stay here if you want a decent holiday.

Awesome place to stay.. It has an aquarium with few fishes from sea also you can see there is a mangrove trees also in the house's yard..

First of all, we did not even get the Villa that we booked and the so called "staff" (could barely comunicate in English) did not even say anything! The first thing we realised when we got to the hotel was that one of the big glassdoors could not be closed into our Livingroom and dining area. Day two there was a weird and extremly noisy high pitch sound coming from one of the toilets in sort of a pulsing rythm. I asked the staff to fix it but nothing happened. We got headaches due to the sound! Several times it took them until 2:00PM to remove our plates from the breakfast! When we wanted to order roomservice the food was constanly shifting in taste, texture, look and it feelt like everything they did, they did because they where so damn lazy, including the food! The overall freshness of the food was terrible, plus it is very overpriced! One of the Staff did not want to give back change when we had ordered food for 540 400 IDR. (We paid 550 000, tax and service included). He said that it was only small money so therefore did not want to give us change back. It would have been fine if the food was tasty and the service was good but come on, we were there only costumers for half of our week there, it Should not be that hard to give your costumers some quality for the overpriced villa we paid to stay there. The week after Pandawa we stayed at a much more luxurious Villa in Canggu for a better price, better service (staff that can speak english and is kind to you) and a much better Villa!

STAY AWAY..!!!! IT'S A TRAP...!!!!!
We booked 3 bedroom and 1 bedroom villas. Only to found that they had sold our villas to someone else. When we arrived, they asked us to complete our payment, even though we had sent 70% as a booking fee 2 weeks prior to our arrival there. After we finished payment, they drive us out of the hotel into another hotel which is totally different than the one we paid for. They don't even say a single word about it.
We rejected the villas and demand the one that we paid for. All the employees looked confuse and don't know what to say. I demanded to see the manager in charge. We went back to the reception office, when i enter the place, the manager instantly ran out of the office to get away from me. I manage to chase her down and demand her to give us our villas. Only to find out that they had sold our villa to someone else. What...!!!!!!
That is not the insane part, in the front office i met with a new zealander family who, apparently, got the same problem with us. That moment i realize this isn't a coincidence anymore. IT'S HOW THEY DO THEIR BUSINESS!!!!!
We tried to get answer from the manager, but she always avoid to give straight answer for why she sold our villas. At last, we decided that we want a refund. And what do you know, the idiot manager said it'll take two weeks. Tired with her, we threatened to go to the police if she didn't give our money back. Then she called the accounting, after 10 minute, the accounting lady came to the office only to gave us a resentment look and asked for how much our total payment. It only took her 5 god damn minutes to pay me back my money.
After that we found out from one of the employee, that this hotel did this to many costumers. They don't care if they got overbooked, they just gonna keep selling their villas. But when the guest arrive, they will sent you to other villas around them. Bullshit practices!!!!
Please...pleasssee...pleeaassseee... stay away from this place. Don't fall into their trap. I will post this nightmare experience in all websites so that no one will have to to suffer as what happen to me and my family. I wish there's a worst thing than a one star. They don't even deserve a bull turd as a rating.

It was a terrible experience. First of all, the whole villa was completely outdated. Walls were cracked, creaking doors, dirty bathrooms, stains everywhere, and the two windows facing the ocean would not shut completely making the wind blow in. The picture posted online is deceiving than what we experienced. Management was not helpful either. I would not recommend staying at this villa.

Small boutique resort with only 6 villas and very amazing facilities, each villa has its own private pool. Some villa is duplex with shared kitchennete and pool.
If you look for a long staying place to visit, this could be the one. Staff are locales, during day-off they will hang around the beach.
Foods are also nice, kitchen located next to reception. As they dont have any resto, all will be delivered to villas. Spent time with them here and we had great time chit chatting.
Beach (dark sand) was dirty with rubbish and u can easily find soiled nappy...yes, its an open sea, so you cant not swim bec lower current is strong. You will be swept straight to the indian ocean!!!
This is the beach where you can view beautiful sunrise, and weather is always clean and nice. Time to visit, anytime. Just dont expect to sun bath at the beach all day...its too hot. You can go to the beach after 4 in the afternoon, otherwise your feet will be baked!
Villa is located in local neighbourhood, dont expect to find any international standard restaurants or cafes. Just enjoy the villa, but if you wish to go to sanur. They will ferry you with car 5 times a day, and bring you back to villa.
And for remark, this is Pandawa villa not beach, located in Sanur not South Kuta (near uluwatu area). If you get confused, check your map, its totally the opposite direction!
