We had a great time here. Loved the location of the resort. The ambiance was awesome. The view of the rice fields from the room was great just as shown in the pictures. The staff was very friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to help us. Surely we will be visiting again..

Decent accommodation and staff are well trained and always courteous service with a smile. Location is bit too far out of town and costs a bit to get back after a night out. Need to budget for taxi fares or hire a motor.

See more improvement every year. The third visit to Mayura in last 3 years and always became one of the favorite Karma resort of my family. Not too crowded hotel and close to river. Background river sound is so relaxing.

The hotel is isolated and really has no facilities. The shuttle leaves you 1 km from the centre of Ubud, you have to walk the rest of the way. The food is good but I would not call it 5 star. Fortunately the staff are excellent and I recommend their drivers if you need to take a tour or trip, more expensive but very safe. If you want to see what 5 star should look like see the Alaya Resort, stopped in there for lunch and were treated like royalty and the food was fantastic.

Nice peaceful place to relax. Just a shame that the food prepared here isn't anything fantastic but it's nice and cosy to stay in Bali. Will revommend

Out of the other karma resorts , the location of this is close to many activities. Diving at the shop wreck north , rafting at the waja river and diving at blue lagoon. It was very convenient for 3 days. You cannot walk out to the busy areas but the hotel will provide you a driver for 100k IDR one way to the downtown ubud and you can hang there till 2 am . It's a 10 minutes drive . Lovely street full of life and surprisingly safe . Traffic is a killer in Bali , takes atleast and hour to 3 to go from one place to another , so it's wise if you are visiting for a short time to plan it ahead wisely cause you don't want to spend your holiday stuck in the car

So calm and quiet. Very helpful and lovely staff. Location is good cause you get to see a bit of the life of the local people, but would not recommend for longer stays in Bali because location is a bit isolated.
Rooms are nice and clean. Ac good. Beds good.
Shuttle works good and if you want to stay in ubud it's also very easy to take local taxi service to take you back to the hotel.

This small but beautiful resort is a great place to run away from the hectic city life. Guaranteed satisfaction and advisable to hire your own transport for the ease of getting around in Ubud area and be careful with the narrow road leading to this resort....

Great quiet location but source transport from outside. Many restaurants will organise cheap transport for you.

Great service. Friendly staff. Nice simple pool. Great athmosphere. It was a bit hard to find the location due to its remoteness...my big family and I had a good experience overall

Nice, quiet place to relax. Good and well equipped rooms with a balcony. Very polite and helpful staff. Good food, but very little choice for vegetarians. Though away from the hustle bustle of Ubud, free shuttle drop is really very convenient. Overall, enjoyed the experience.
