Would have liked grouping of skill levels. The four hills and bridge can be hard to negotiate as was in our group of 6 riders and road traffic. Ended up walking up 2 to avoid crashing.
Planning to do it again when we bring the 13 and 14 year old.

This was one of the best experiences we had in Bali thanks to our amazing guide who shared so much great info and stories. Since it was our honeymoon, we booked a private tour and it was totally worth it. The tour starts with a fair amount of driving around the island, which we hadn't expected but really enjoyed. We went to farms, stopped at scenic overlooks, etc. During the biking part of the day, we went through lots of little towns and saw "the real Bali". The biking is really easy and you mostly go downhill without much peddling.
This is a family owned business and we could really see just how much they care about the guests' experience. We ended the day eating a really tasty home-made lunch at their house. I'd highly recommend you do this tour if you're in Bali.

Two adults and two children (aged 7 & 10) booked a bike trip with Jegeg in Ubud.....we had 'the best day ever' according to the kids, and the adults!! We researched companies and this one stood out but we had no idea we would enjoy our day so much. We were collected from and returned to our hotel. First stop was to look at the famous rice terrace and have a quick photo opportunity. Next was a visit to the coffee plantation, guided tour and sample teas/coffees ( Lewar coffee 'cat poo chino' if you desire). This was really informative and even the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast occured over looking the active volcanos, before driving briefly to where the bikes were located. All bikes were in good condition. The kids were riding mountain bikes using only front brakes for the first time. They did an awesome job, and the bikes & helmets suited them very well. The first part of the ride was on quite a busy piece of road, so care needed to be taken, but Putu and another guide ensured we were well informed and placed themselves at the front & back for safety. Once we were off this main road we were able to relax more and had an absolute ball. We stopped regularly and whenever required, saw heaps of cool stuff, took photos of landscape, people and activities (including Orb Spiders....eek) and just had smiles from ear to ear! After the ride we were provided with cold face cloths and icy bottled water (supplied all through the day without asking). This was a lovely way to cool off. Words cannot adequately express how good the food was and how fortunate we felt to be invited into Putu's extended family home for lunch. This was truly an amazing experience in itself. We had 'the best day ever' thanks to this wonderful family owned bike company.

Best tour on the island. Our family of 8 enjoyed this tour with Wayan as our guide. He was incredibly informed and passionate about Bali. it is a family business, the bike ride is beautiful through the villages and the country side, basically down hill 95% of the time, so easy pedalling and we could take time to enjoy the area. We ended the tour with a delicious meal at the family home. All fresh food, a true Balinese experience. Thank you Waylon and family.

Experiência fantástica... O guia nos deu uma aula incrível sobre a cultura e a religião de Bali ... Ao final um almoço com comidas locais muito saborosa, feita com muito capricho.
