Nice location overlooking padi fields. Pork ribs were great. Attentive service.

If you go here and you should....ask for Semara as your server she is a true Bali gem and the reason you will want to come back to Bali time and time again. The restaurant is excellent and a must try be sure to get one of the tables on the water (you will see) crispy duck and crispy red snapper very good. Spring rolls and the clear prawn soup with lemon grass the best I’ve ever had.

The taste is good enough with the signature sambal: salak salad. I love the good ambience of this place. But the most interesting thing is the traditional welcome drink and snack.

This is definitely not a place you go for cheap prices. You go there for the great view, the delicious local food (try the crispy duck!), and the experience.
It seems a bit pricy for Bali, and there is a lot of tourists there, yet I think it's worth trying their food at least once :)

This was our first Balinese meal experience after a long flight.
Great location and atmosphere.
We sat in a Bali Hut right on the edge of a paddy field and it was amazing to kick back and unwind after our flight with some good food and company. The service was great & would go again on the way into Ubud.

Classic tourist trap. I was fooled by the many positive reviews. I suppose most people have mediocre tastes when it comes to food. This is not where you want to end up on your visit to Ubud. It's a huge restaurant catered to the guided tour bus tourists. Food is average at best. View is ok but there are many other places with similar or better views elsewhere. Truly, go somewhere else

Excellent restaurant, different types of seating for two or many with a view over rice paddy's. Food was good and the staff attentive. Would recommend this restaurant.

Great location and atmosphere. Right on the edge of a paddy field. Service was top notch also even though fairly busy. Food is probably average. I only tasted some of the food.

Lovely restaurant, recommended by our driver. Didn’t disappoint. Good food, and fantastic service. Crispy Duck and BBQ Spare Ribs were lovely. The Black rice pudding with vanilla ice cream was awesome. The setting in beautiful except we had torrential rain in the day we were there.

Prices are very very high. 21% taxes and services plus a meal for 115k (fried chicken & French Fries) and I'm still hungry. Almost same prices like in European countries but there you get more to eat.
Soft drink 27,5k + 21% taxes: more than 2€
Service, location and food were good.
But I wouldn't go here again. You get in the city almost the same for half the price.

The scenery, the atmosphere! Just breathtaking. I absolutely loved this part of our trip. It was serene and of course customer service was superb. To be honest, I don't remember much of how I like my food, but the scenery alone is enough to have me visit here again my next time in Bali.

Amazing scenery with very friendly staff. The food was fantastic. A very unique dining experience. We came on our way back from the monkey forest. Our waiter I Made Bagiarta was so friendly. I would highly recommend the restaurant.

Good food. Slow service. More expensive princes as most people are brought in by taxi drivers

One if the best restaurants in ubud. Brilliant decor, really courteous staff and great meals. The location overlooking the paddy fields is awesome.
Kaylynn Yit Ching Teh (06/07/2017 04:29)
The surroundings of the restaurant are beautiful. Request to sit on one of the huts if you decide to dine here!
Food was good- only the duck dishes though. Crispy duck was crispy yet still tender, not dry at all. I'd suggest customers to order the duck dishes and stay away from the fish.
Service was fast and efficient. Though I did find the staff slightly pressuring me into leaving a review. I understand that reviews are very important for a restaurant targeting tourists but if I left a review I'd want it to be genuine and if I'm a customer reading reviews I'd want to know that the reviews are honest.

An experience. Great food and the service was superb. Beatiful view and the huts over the pond was magical. A bit on the pricey side but worth every rupiah. Would come here again and bring any loved one.

Good place for lunch when sightseeing in tbe area, as you'll see from the numerous tourists there. Pricing is high because they're targeting tourists, but food quality is surprisingly good. Service is efficient, again for the prices charged.
Arnold Harry (27/04/2017 06:45)
Great spot and good food. Very relaxing having lunch with the sound of flowing water in the background.
Melissa Williams (24/04/2017 05:35)
The service from staff and the quality of the food was amazing... let alone the stunning location highly recommend... 😀
Angus Griffin (17/04/2017 06:36)
Fantastic food and service with military precision, but with a price to match. Feels like a restaurant set up mostly to cater to Western tourists (because it is). Well worth a visit if you don't mind that.
Adrian Simon (28/02/2017 04:27)
Nice place to sit and eat, bit of a 'tourist trap' as others have stated. Expect to pay >120K or more for a main meal, but worth it. Cocktails are wonderful.
Nice views also.
Philipp Grosswiler (23/02/2017 03:37)
It's a nice place to sit down and enjoy the lake under your feet, watching the fish and even feeding them.
JAAKKO ISOKANGAS (11/02/2017 02:51)
Sort of a tourist trap but not a bad one. Food was rather good and the surroundings very pleasant with the fish pond and floating table. Prices are made for tourists so do not expect anything cheap.
Lam Zheng ling (01/02/2017 14:20)
Tourist trap. Think this the local tourguides were given tips or incentive for bringing customers to this restaurant, as most of the customers went there with the tour guide. Food are expensive and not nice at all, can get better food elsewhere at a cheaper price.
Sean Gilbert (08/11/2016 01:24)
I found the food here to be fresh and tasty.
The view is great and if you are lucky to get one of the floating table outside then you also have a unique eating experience on the "lake".
The prices are a little high as this is obviously catering for the tourists but we were not rushed and had a very leisurely, enjoyable lunch.
Eldo Delamontano (16/09/2016 08:19)
Nice food but overpriced.
Nice view but overpriced.
Felisiana Tukau (26/08/2016 11:16)
i love the restaurant's setting, rest above rice terraces. but, i ordered pork and the meat's not really fresh i guess, because it smells weird. but my friends ate their dish just fine. the service was meant to be really good, but i'm not really comfortable with the waitress keep coming back asking whether the food is good or not
Sunil Govinnage (20/08/2016 12:49)
I was directed to this restaurant on an evening on the very first day on my arrival in Ubud. The food was great and the breeze from the adjacent paddy fields cools down the heat of the tropics.
Very Balinese but western food is also available.
A Stacey (09/08/2016 05:32)
Tourist trap. Food is overpriced. Fish was dry, pasta ok. Aims to get you in and out ready for the next bus full of tourist
Frederic Meyering (17/06/2016 08:43)
The settings is beautiful, overlooking rice paddies, and the architecture is entirely from bamboo, which gives a casual sort of feel to the place but the food is definitely not casual. I am a vegetarian and had no problems at all. The staff are courteous and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again
Clive Wright (15/06/2016 05:54)
Sitting by the side of a rice paddy, under a bamboo structure, you could only be in Bali. Must - have dishes include the ayam goreng and local - style duck. My son said his spaghetti bolognaise was awesome, and it certainly vanished quickly.
It is a wonderful lunch stop.
Sheng-Yen Ng (06/06/2016 05:23)
Agreed with the previous guide - this is a tourist trap with good design of the restaurant overlooking a padi field and nice chalets seated for maximum view.
The local Balinese food cooking is only average. Soto Ayam and mei goreng failed miserably (more suited for tourist taste). The pork ribs is decent but still can't beat the original Naughty Nuri.
Good for those who want ambience and food served in presentation format.
Disappointing for those who are looking for real Indonesian local fare.
Roberto Serra (19/05/2016 06:30)
Location is great and the service was quite fast. But food is heavily overpriced and, on top of that, portions are not generous at all. Not recommended, it is the classic tourist trap
ketut donal (31/01/2016 03:47)
Bebek Teba Sari Resto Ubud is recommended places to eat in the area ubud, cheap, thrill duck fried crispy on the outside but still moist and tender on the inside, because we believe the nutritional content will not be lost when compared with the crispy fried duck inside and outside.
