Entrance fee/ Sarong fee 10000IDR per person as of April 2018. We were here around 12 noon and it was blazing hot so we couldn't explore as much as we wanted. It's a small temple complex with nice sculptures. One of them the World Turtle which is a giant turtle believed by Hindus carried the world atop its shell.

The old Pura, very respectful of taking care of tradition of ritual among the community Banjar of that place, the ritual doing by all ages of municipal with happiness and full of respect one to another's in the community. It is lost in the modern living but still found on Bali.

Visiting batuan temple gives you an idea of the common temple architecture in Indonesia and those unique crafts 😚

This quite small temple is not a really interesting place to visit but this is a quick visit. A lot of temples are better than this one. Moreover, it seems that Bali guides use the name "Pura Puseh" temple to refer to different temples.

Best Temple in Bali. There’s an ancient temple at the back, build at early 9 century. And the 19th centuries temple at front. Very nice people. Tourist friendly

First temple visited on my first day in Bali.
Beautiful architecture , had to wear a traditional wrapround before getting into temple. Enjoy the serene peace inside the premises. Temple is built beautifuly and offers typical balian architecture which has its own uniqueness as compared to other temples seen around asian continent.
Spend time around the garden and temple premises.

This was the first time I've been to a Hindu temple and it was amazingly beautiful. The detail of the statues and craft work on the windows and doors cannot be put into words. The Balinese artisans are truly talented and patient people as temples like these take years to construct. Beautiful and immaculately clean.

Thousands of Hindu temples are on the island of Bali. One is bigger, another smaller, but essentially all is equal. During the holiday you can visit 1-3 and it will be enough for you. I do not advise you to specially go to one or another sanctuary.
