Cool breeze, nice view and cheap good food too....
On the eastern side, green rice fields with mount Agung will landscaping the most view of this place. And just hundred meters beside there is a well known Masceti temple, a public subak/farmes temple with subak museum, the museum of the old Balinese farmer's tools.

Good place !, there are a swiming poll, restaurant, home stay, acupuncture, herbal medecine (loloh), near from masceti beach. The view is wonderful, you can see the ricefield and mount Agung.

This place is build and run for the good cause of helping the local farmers improve their way of living, create a steady income, better farming tools and food in their table, and of course sending their kids to school. When you stay with BNB you not only enjoying your holiday but also helping this community to grow strong, create a better Bali, a green Bali. As you may know mass tourism take over the green landscape with massive concrete hotels and resorts. The Idea of Barn N Bunk is simply to preserved Balinese farming land while create better options for tourist to enjoy green living in Bali.

Rooms are not very clean and without AC. There are a lot of noisy fans in though. The chairs and pillows in the restaurant smell very bad and gave me a rash from sitting there. There is not much to do around here. On one side there is the highway and on the other the sea which is very polluted and not nice to swim. You could walk a few mintues down to a resort and rent a surfboard.

Although I didn't stay here, and I wish I had I did stop for lunch and I'm glad I did. Delicious food with an awesome view. I could see that the staff where happy and that's always a good sign. I will be back to stay next time for sure.

my friend and i have decided to come to here again and again if we were going to Bali for the next trip!
this place is peaceful. totally stress free and quiet .. with great green scenery around. they offere delicious food from fresh grown veges too. definitely a great place to escape from bustles of the city.

Barn n bunk is the best place to stay in Bali! The views of beautiful sustainable and organic farm land spread in front of stunning Balinese mountains with the raging ocean to the side are unbeatable.
The food is wonderful, and all of the staff make you feel like part of their family.
I would rather stay here than at 5 star spa resort anytime because the people and environment are authentic, charming, and radiantly alive.

Barn n Bunk is an awesome humble place to stay in Bali. When you think of a budget place, you probably don't think of a superb view, friendly and thorough customer service, and (most importantly) great food offered all at once. But Barn n Bunk didn't compromise with these things. And knowing that their produce stuff came mostly from their own organic garden is simply awesome. They were building a couple of lovely villas while I was there, will definitely come back and try to stay there to experience the luxury version of Barn n Bunk.

Perfect place to stay for surfers. Awesome value, great (not so touristy) beach and wave walking distance from this hostel, love the breakfast menu which ingredients are freshly picked from their organic garden. They also have many programs for those who love farming and or want to know more about organic farming. Good job guys!

Loving the fresh air and the sustainable mission that Barn n Bunk has. All made possible by the great and dedicated team behind this eco-lodge.
The area is secluded and accommodations are set in the middle of the rice-fields. Guests can also partake to join harvesting their chilli crops. It's an experience I will not forget!!

What a superb find! My partner and I were blown away by Barn n Bunk. From the moment we stepped into the beautiful, open air reception and restaurant area which overlooks idyllic rice padis we felt at home. The staff went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and nothing was too much of a hassle. We loved our deluxe bungalow so much we could have stayed forever and have already booked it for our honeymoon next year! The food was amazing and their western style menu definitely gives our favourite restaurants at home a run for their money. The beach was right on our door step, which was perfect for my partner who's a surfer not to mention Ubud and Sanur which are both relatively close. Such an easy drive from the airport to such a blissful paradise! Namaste.

Just WOW
Stayed here for a few nights recently, and had one of the most memorable experiences of my Bali trip. The views are simply breathtaking, especially in the morning. It's surrounded by sprawling rice paddies, with views of the majestic Mount Agung standing proud on the horizon. Wonderfully quiet, right next to the beach, easy to get to, and only a 30 minute drive to Ubud. No mosquitos either! You can watch the surf while drinking coffee at breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and cool, the staff were immensely attentive and friendly, and the owner Lili is a delight. The food was fantastic, and the burger was the best I'd had on the island.. Great value and can't wait to stay again! Highly recommend 10 / 10

This was just the experience I was looking for. Totally lived up to my expectation... living at one with nature and experiencing the traditional bali ways of living. I stayed in the Bungalow, which was very clean, spacious, and private.The staff are super friendly and always attentive to your needs.
