Very nice place!!! Asap (the owner) is a nice guy that plays the guitar in the evening and sing some Beatles songs with the guests. I would come here again any time.

Pak Asep is truly hospitable, and provides really great service to his guests. As he says "In my home, you are my family". That is something which we feel when we stayed at his home. His guide was knowledgeable, caring and patient with us, ensuring we had a safe and memorable trek at Mt. Papadayan, a unique and beautiful place. We thank you for everything!

Amazing homestay, friendly people, great music, good coffee and access to good food. The rooms were simple but clean, the only thing I could have asked for was a hot shower before heading up Papandayan volcano at 4am.

A place made you feel at home. We arrived late at night , yet owner is willing to help us on arranging trekking guide and explain to us what we can expect during our next day hike at Mount Papandayan. Terima Kasih

Its located just around the corner from the main road to the Papandayan active volcano.
Room was clean and good. Bathroom is ok , but not hot water.
They provide free hot tea and coffee and you can order some home-cooked food for cheap price.
Anga the housekeeper was really nice and helpful!
To get to the volcano you can use their tour service or just rent the motorbike.
We took one-day tour and it was ok.
They just started with this guide service.
The guide is Anga housekeeper :)
The volcano (mountain) is easy to hike (beginners level) and to explore by yourself too.

Cheap clean backpacker accomodation 9km before papandayan volcano..easy to reach with public transport from jakarta or bandung...ADK Asep homestay..in centre where...market (mini market) ATM machine (Bank) 5 minute from homestay...public transport..just in fron of Homestay...

Really Nice place, the manager angga is really professional.
It s around 10km from the volcano papandayan. You can use a taxi motorbike with ojek to go there.
Just one bad thing they smoke in the common area, but you can to go outside and they will do it.
There is no hot water.
