Just 1nite stay here for bussiness trip. Lobby is big and nice. Staff also nice. For room its good but the bathroom is too small.

I was there with my husband 10 months ago. It was a nice hotel to stay. The staff were quite friendly. When we checked out, the receptionist told us that we had a refund. But unfortunately, we haven't yet received one even until today. I have contacted the staff for several times earlier and she said "yes, we are processing it and it comes to you soon". But still, no progress they make as it's been 10 months already. I'm sorry that I gave you two stars as it's important to be responsible to customers and this is clearly a lack of management in my opinion.

a new hotel with good scenery. SM entertainment did an audition once here. but the hotel itself is still building some minor upgrades, and there's a card system for some exact floor, so you might get limited access to those floors.

Pros:
- Fast check in and check out process
- Friendly staffs
- Clean and quiet room with comfortable bed
- Free wifi with average speed connection
- 2 bottles of mineral water, tea, coffee with electric kettle in room
- Spacious parking area
- Located near city center, kota lama, local shops and restaurants
Cons:
- No diet sugar in room and restaurant
- Large LED TV, but local TV channels were not clear

Nice, good place, good design make looks wide, clean, fast response, but the soundproof of the room very low and the parking basement still little bit dirty maybe becoz still have small renovations.....

locate in center of business area.. near China and Arabic town area.. not dificult to find a fresh or good food

Pool is ok, but dressing rooms were still in renovation when we were there.
Room is relatively new. AC can be pretty hot especially at noon.

Having easy access to the main roads in Semarang city. Comfortable place to stay in with complete facilities including swimming pool and gym. All of those you can get with affordable rate. It is also near the stalls of Semarang traditional culinary especially the Chinese ones.
