Nice transit hotel, near kualanamu airport. The room was nice and clean, reasonable price. There's free shuttle from hotel to airport, but sometimes the shuttle are unreliable, especially if you want to be pickup in the airport. Overall 3.5 from 5

Good place with for a needed rest! A/C was so powerful!!!! The hot shower was so refreshing

A nice overall stay ! We just spent a night there to catch our flight early next morning! It was an overall good stay, friendly stuff, service was little on the slower side. Don't miss out on the massage ! It's a must!

Friendly staff but very poor in English.
Very basic breakfast for non Asians.
Poor or no serving skills in restaurant.
Music way too loud in restaurant.

This hotel is very recommended if you are waiting for few hours flight and or connecting flight, it’s only about 10 minutes from Kuala Namu Airport. The building also connected to HUB Shopping Center where you can buy very popular snack from Medan, you can also visit 3D Art Museum in this building, if you like a magic show then you just need down to the ground floor to see the magician performances in every 12:00 Hours.
Rooms rate is reasonable, Receptionist are humble, room boys are helpful, rooms are clean and the most important there is shuttle bus to transport you back to the Airport.

Got a free airport transfer once we landed at midnight (call ahead). Clean rooms, 24 hour kitchen and situated conveniently near the airport (great for late flights in or early flights out).

Ok for the price but no sound insulation in the room. Can hear everything outside including people walking up and down the corridor

Comfortable rooms and ablutions. Friendly staff who spoke decent enough English. Close to airport and included shuttle service even for surfboards. Good breakfasts serving Indonesian and English breakfast options.

Nice hotel near Kualanamu Airport. Near KFC, Sederhana (RM Padang), Coffe Shop, and Gift Market.

Good rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff, but a bit too pricey for the rooms it offers. Noise from the elevator etc. could be heard the entire night, and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (and was missing soap and toilet paper).

Hotel ini berlokasi di dekat Bandar Udara Kuala Namu. Namun sangat jauh dari pusat Kota Medan, dan sangat terbatas transportasinya.

Its ok if just for transit hotel. But not recommended for rest for few days. The room too small, the lift is only 2 that sometime 1 of that unserviceable.

The only option at the airport at the time of writing. Clean rooms, friendly stuff at reception. Free shuttle from hotel to the airport, but not from the airport to the hotel (75,000).
Not much to do around the hotel but good if you have an early morning flight out to catch

Untuk yg delayed atau cancelled flight, this hotel very recommended. Shuttles so helpful, bedroom it's good enough. Breakfast & room services 👍👍

AC at all room mostly not working properly, room temp feel not fresh and cool enough. Using AC split.

Ну, что - эконом номера аж без окон ! 60 000 рупий на такси от аэропорта. Ни пешком, ни общ.транспортом не добраться. Еле - еле понимают по-английски. Сложные чувства у меня по прилету :)
