The room was ok. Not really clean. The hot water is only available in certain times. The breakfast is ok. The view from behind the lobby is spectacular.

A very very old building, the hot water is available only from 5am to 10 pm. The food was delicious but the service is veeeeeeeery bad for almost every requests. My room was creepy, ole bedsheet and old furnitures. The landscape was great. Garden is well maintained.

Very fertile soil because of lava from Volcanic eruption and on high grounds thats is suitable for fruits and vegetable cultivation.
The weather is cooling and its people are hardworking.

Just the location itself is worth every penny. Situated near Mt Sinabung, expect breathtaking scenery and cool surroundings. Sprawling natural landscape, friendly staffs, spacious and comfortable bedroom. Definitely a plus plus to every visitor.

A scenic hotel / resort within Berastagi. From the in-room decor and furniture, this seems to be an old hotel. Despite that, it is kept clean. The garden and pool are beautiful and very nice for a stroll. There are a few problems we experienced with the hotel that hurt the impression, all of them has to do with the room:
1. No hairdryer in our room until we asked for one.
2. One of our blankets are stained and we asked for a new one three times before someone came up and gave us a very thin blanket.
3. There is only lukewarm water in the shower for most of the day
4. There are almost no bathroom amenities provided (I see shampoo and toothbrush kit only)
Aside from those, the stay was generally pleasant. Food was decent too. Would recommend a short stay, definitely not anything prolonged.

I heard that this hotel is one of the best in Berastagi. It's a great place to find a new level of comfort, luxury, calm, and peace. The view is so beautiful and scenic. The atmosphere is chill because this place is located in Sinabung Hills. A lot of facility is available, such as billiard, cycling, and of course swimming pool. And this place area is huge. Oh ya I find some problems such as lack of light in bedroom, old fashioned, and a lot of WiFi but with a lot of password too. Overall (near) 5 stars.

Good hotel, but need some renovation to modernize the room and facility. E.g. change the tile, ceiling, curtain & interior design.

The hotel is pretty old.. with old doors, windows, bed and tv. The hot shower is restricted from 5pm to 10pm only, other times shower with cold water. The breakfast is ok. Anyway, the staff is extremely help and give very clear direction and information to reach mt sibayak.

stayed here for a night and surprised that the room was quite spacious. enough space to put a large suitcase, and the bathroom was fit for two to play badminton, i think. only minor thing is that during the weekend, the weekenders from the big city goes here and shake the karaoke room, forbidding us from a good night sleep.

Plus: Spacious room with basic needs including hot shower. Nice view from the balcony. Beautiful garden with playground, soccer field, and pool. Recommended for those with kids. Friendly staff. Minus: bad breakfast. Public rest room is not very clean.

A cozy hotel for sleep and hang outs! It has a large playground for the kids, large swimming pools, and has the most beautiful landscape. The hotel food is also great. Although the hotel room is a little vintage, this is the most recommended hotel for foreigners.

Wow kamar baru bagus.... Deluxe room with balcony get the fresh air. Splendid view from balcony. Suhu ruangan rata siang 21 22 derajat celsius... Malam 16 sampai 18 derajat... Dingin banget
