I have no doubt about Eiger products, they are really nice. But unfortunately there aren't really a lot of warranty for some expensive stuff. What I know is only for bags and shoes. And also, I want to give an advice. Could you please provide a tool for open the watch in every store? Because I bought a watch here and I wanted to send it as a gift. And I had to take the battery because it's not allowed on the plane. I went to Eiger store again and asked them to open it. They said they didn't have the tool and suggested me to send it to central office in Bandung and it'll take time around 1 month. But I need to send it in the next day ._. then they suggested me to go to another watch store but they didn't want to help me to go there. So I went to random watch store and asked them to open it for me. They did it for free and it wasn't even 1 minute to open it. Thanks for another watch store. Eiger needs to care about customer service not only provide nice products.

I'm a decathlon fan, but i occasionally visit Eiger, as they have some good stuff. I recently bought a cheap tent in Eiger Yogjakarta. In Cirebon, the store is nice, but even when hey do 50 % promo, he items they discount are either not interesting ( like trekking blshoes, wrong Color and wrong sizes), or still overpriced.
