While the room is great the service is no no.
I stay in this hotel to expect comfort. So when i start to feel unwell i ask if the receptionist can brought me some small towel and ice. At this point i dont even mind if they brought me bathroom rugs as long as i could cool down my temp. They did said they working on it yet they leave me hanging if they will give me or not. At the midnight i couldnt take it and run through my stuff and used sanitary pads to chill down the temp... i am sorry but it was no no for me.

The best value hotel that i've ever been stay in Cirebon. Friendly staff, the room is clean n tidy, reasonable price. Very recommended hotel! Gonna stay in this hotel again soon.

A three star hotel in Cirebon that presents new nuance to a three star hotel. It has a Batik nuance that is identical with Indonesia and using blue as its logo. Friendly welcome and served wholeheartedly. Furnished with warm room feel, guest amenities, guest supplies, clean, tidy, and have views that lead to the Ciremai Mountain. Has a restaurant with the name Fresqa with Batik nuance and combine with warm and familial nuances, combine with various other and creative menus, as well as a taste of quality.

The new hotel in Cirebon, often full of visitors. It has excellent facilities, very maintained room hygiene, and friendly service. Close to the city center.

Great hotel for 2 days in Cirebon. Really very very near to CSB, Grage, and Grage City too. Hotel very quite so you have sleep well here. Amenities is good. Breakfast, i like it. You can take your welcome drink too when you first touch here. And... Lovely staff always greet every you pass them.

I could give it 5 star only if the room is not noisy. The window is very thin. You can hear the motorcycle at night. And at 4 you will be awaken by the mosque. Extremely noisy. You can't sleep peacefully until the morning.
Despite the room noise, the service is awesome. Room is clean. The staff are willing to accommodate you however you wish. I must say, I am impressed by their service.
Unfortunately I can't sleep peacefully at night.

Nice restaurant.. good food,cozy place and very relaxing. The room was very clean and neat ,the staffs are also very warm. This hotel has a very nice ambience. Very recomended budget hotel. It's location also easy to find.

Batiqa hotel is very good for your needs. The receptionist is always ready to serve you. Batiqa have a lot of staff and they are very friendly. Good job, Batiqa. We love to stay here in another chance.

Kamar ok, desain kamar, perabotan, view... ok.. sarapan lumayan ok.
Sayang aja pas check-in dibilang kehabisan kamar. Pdhl sdh booking lewat agoda dan hotel udah confirm. Nunggu lagi, lumayan lama.. pdhl udah capek bgt, pengen tidur.. staf front office kurang cekatan tapi manager (atau GM??) cekatan, dia tahu harus gimana.

Was here for his birthday party. The restaurant served Asian and Western food. You should try the chocolate truffle they have. The room is comfortable with a great view especially from higher floor.
