Took a long time for repair a brand new 1 day old device. At first they said that my device will be repaired in a day, but in reality it took almost 3 days and still counting.
It would be not a problem if that was a old device with deprecated spare parts, but this is a brand new device (Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2019 With S Pen).
The service quality is far lower than Xiaomi's, who may completed their service process for only 2 hours, even for older device like Redmi Note 8 that launched at beginning of 2019.
Disappointed
Edit, took 4 days and no result. Unsolutive with tricky and wordy (lot words no solution) technician. Guess i won't buy samsung device anymore.
Disappointed word isn't enough to express my unsatisfied feelings toward this money sucking brand.

Teller person is very helpful. I just came back to pick up my devices. And let see how's their repair technician works on my devices. Oh one thing every repair works are guaranteed for 1 month. Love it...

I lost my memory card today. When I gave my samsung note, the memory card was attached in my note. But when I checked my note at home the memory card was gone.
I called the call center but the technician said that my memory card wasn’t attached in my note. How awful. I lost all my data in my memory card.
Should you come to this service center, please ensure your memory card is attached again in your mobile phone. Do not trust that they will put it back again. Please check again.
It was a big mistake of me to trust that they will return my note as it was that I didn’t check my memory card.
Fortunately for me, I’ve only got one Samsung. And I don’t intend to buy another one.
Thank you very much Samsung Center at MOI.

Love the service here, antrian rapi, petugas nya sangat sopan, waktu pengerjaan cepat. Juga bisa beli accesories seperti wall charger, car charger, cable data original dgn harga yang terjangkau. Likasi nya juga gampang di jangkau di Mall of Indonesia lantai 3. Recommended lah...

(+) Pelayanan ramah, komunikatif dan cukup sigap dari CS dan teknisi.
atmosfir ruangan nyaman, namun majalah yang tersedia edisi lama.
Penggantian spare part unit cukup cepat. Tidak perlu 2-3 hari.
Yang diganti hardware karena accelerometer / auto rotate
tidak berfungsi.
(-) Harus sering follow up ke call center service center untuk info
ketersediaan spare part perbaikan.
Overall, quite satisfied. Thank you.
