One of the best hotel in Sukabumi City. It has complete facility and a lot of parking space. Really near to Selabintana recreation park. The location is quite strategic, near with the city center.

Bad hotel.. Brekafast not enough staff. Have to wait.. Refill took long time.. Small .. If plan to shopping a lot at tanah abang. Don't stay here.. Room. Too small.. Gym also bad. Only equipped with dumbell.. Check in time take long time.. Plus heavy traffic. To airport0 4hrs in advance

Average hotel but in Sukabumi city this is one of two decent hotels. One of the receptionist teteh Gita have the warmest smile that can melt your heart in instance... 😁

Spacious room. A very comfortable room to stay in. You can call the staff if you want to borrow hair dryer or iron. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staffs. I'll revisit here again. Recommended place to stay.

Everything is good, service is good, the room is good, bathroom is good, hotel staff also polite and helpful, the only thing bad is the internet speed, it's SLOOOOOWWWWWW !!!!!
Seriously, for 4 stars hotel, guest only had 4 Mbps internet speed, meanwhile 1 star budget hotel (especially on big cities) already had 20-30 Mbps free internet for guests.

Comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the room is quite spacious, and the breakfast is great.
The location is very strategic and you can see mount gede from your window.
Great value for money.

What you may love with the hotel is their services😊
They provide a free of charge "karaoke!" in their restaurant. You don't have to buy a single meal to get the service, sing a song. But, if you are willing to, you can enjoy an affordable price (or cheap) on their dinner "bazaar", a term for what they call dinner menu, consist of steamboat, meat ball noodle, chicken curry, Tom Yam soup, cakes, and flavor tea. While you are enjoying the dinner, you can sing a song in their karaoke 'lounge', inside the restaurant.
Other "memorable" service is their picked and dropped service from train station. It is one of a kind. In the past, they used to picked and dropped you from bus station/terminal. Since the town council moved the bus station/terminal to the outskirt of the town, they did not provide the bus pick and drop service any more. Too bad. But, do not worry about it. The town gives you an online transport app, such as Go Jek or Grab to bring you to the hotel from bus station/terminal. Activates those apps with Indonesian Local Phone Number. If you use train, just ask them to pick or drop, they will do those service in no time, and free! But remember, tell them to do so, one day before the date for you to get the best arrangement of the car.
In general, you'll be enjoyed with the atmosphere of this minimalist hotel. Close to town center, but, you must be awared with the surrounding. It is not a friendly pedestrian environment. Prepare your walk from stalls along the pedestrian path, parking car or motorbike along the road, and, the traffic. The hotel stands in Jalan Raya Bandung - Sukabumi, an intercity road. Quite busy with trucks and buses. Better stay inside the hotel, or go for walk in the mountain or shores. They need a two hours journey from the hotel to those attractions. Ask the hotel staff for more information. But, again, you must choose the persons carefully. Not all the staffs knows best about the arrangements to the attraction sites.
The pool is deep enough to give you a float with 1.35 meters deep (in reality, it is 1.5 meters), 15 meters length and eight meters wide (approximately). Clean and fresh. The odor of chlorine is not too strong.
The downside is the room "stuffs" and size. Too crowded. With a size of 21 meter squares, the room is not wide enough with such a lot of stuffs. Leave you a body space, from the edge of the bed to the table which is attached to the wall. Quite narrow, for two persons in one room. And so for the bathroom. Too narrow with only Shower inside. But again, it is a three stars hotel in the town of Sukabumi, what do you expect? More than enough for you to get those stars in such town. For iron and ironing board and other "complimentary" stuffs, you may ask the hotel to provide it. Speaking of complimentary, if you book the room from their official website, you'll get "minibar stuffs". Don't think big, the free minibar gives you one Country Juice (Mango flavor), Sosro Tea and Fruit Tea in 330 ml pack. Quite refreshing. The offered room on their official website is Deluxe Twin only (so far). But the price is "guaranteed" the cheapest among other online booking sites.
Despite of everything, I loved to stay in this hotel so much. The karaoke lounge is suited best with me he he he ... May stay for more in this property👍

We only in-transit at sukabumi thus stayed for a night. Picked the cheapest twin room without breakfast. Very clean, high standard fixture and fittings, had a peaceful rest albeit sat nite in city centre. Most recommended especially for weary traveller.

The hotel in general is good for Sukabumi. But the hotel has no unique identity or appealing decor. But it is still comfortable.
The room is spacious enough considering the price. But the single bed in twin-bed room was small.
The pool is usually crowded on weekends because they allow people who do not stay-in to use the pool.
Breakfast was okay as it has all you expect from a hotel buffet breakfast.

It is right in the heart of Sukabumi. From check in till check out, we had a wonderful stay.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and were full of helpful knowledge on places to go nearby as well.
Rooms were clean and had plenty of space. The beds very comfortable and bathroom clean.
The location could not have been better for us right in the Sukabumi centre. We definitely needed it, since the trip were extremely exhausting due to bad traffic along the way from Bogor to Sukabumi.

Parking space are very big since hotel have land bank proposed to be extension.

Ini hotel baru, menurut CS-nya sekitar 1/2 tahun lalu baru diresmikan atau berarti sekitar tahun 2015 akhir ya. Hotel ini cukup bagus, saya suka hotel bertipe minimalis, hanya sayang shower air panas dinginnya, saat set ke warm, kadang bisa tiba-tiba langsung panas dan dingin, jadi harus hati-hati.
