Called call center couple of times and no one answered... Really wasting time

Super ga professional.
Made a schedule with doctor at 12 pm because she practices from 12-4pm according to call center 1500488 and website. Came there 1130am, weight my body weight and pulse.
Then i asked the nurse when can i see the doctor, and she said: oh at 2 pm! Wth
I was like, why? Her schedule is at 12pm and I got #1 on the line, and it was still 1145am.
And they said: oh her schedule is at that time.
I didnt end up seeing the doctor because I have meeting at 2pm.
WASTE OF MY TIME!
Next day, i scheduled appointment with other doctor hoping for a different experience. NOPE
I was again got #1 in line. Doctor practices at 10am - 12pm. Because of prior experience I came later hoping that the doctor will be there. Came in at 1115am. Got weighted in, got my pulse. Waited to 12pm.
Went back to nurse station, asked her is the doctor even in?
Then the nurses have no clue. One of the supervisor even look confused and asked me, have you got weight in.
12:23pm the supervisor said : sorry, the doctor cannot come.
Omg, so pissed and just left. Will never ever come to this place ever.
DIDNT EVEN RESPECT PEOPLE'S TIME
also, notice the picture (the kid with black shirt) , it's an example of mixing personal and work. The nurse's kid played around at the nurse station.
So UNPROFESSIONAL

General Hospital with reasonable price. They already exist with their baby and kid's specialist. But, sometimes it is too crowded.

New hospital in Kemayoran, spacious basement, even in Saturday because of new, it's very busy! The doctor is great, but the time to wait is very long, almost 3 hours!
