The sites describe the history of ciung wanara, an epic story. This original heritage makes us wondering what happened in the past. We can find monkeys here, the ticket is cheap, if you search for picnic the palace is not here because only sites we would see here.

A good spot for hiking while learning some stories about Ciung Wanara, the Sundanese prince in excile. The peace and silence of the place, the varied tropical trees, and the bending bamboo trees along the paths that lead to a meeting point of two rivers, Citanduy and Cimuntur, give us a creepy yet appealing sensation of exotic beauty.

This place called Situs Karangkamulyan. For who those love heritage and historical place, this place is one of alternative place that it's serve the great natural view, with great history about Ciung Wanara. Ciung Wanara is the folktale the legend of Sunda Galuh Kingdom, and describes the cultural relationship between the Sundanese and Java who live in the western province of Central Java.
At this place we will see World Peace Gong. There is a tree that it has a whole on middle of wood. If someone who can touch that whole from distance around 50 meters with eyes closed, he/she will be lucky.
We can find food stall easily here, the rest area the it's great for family or group hangout, large parking area and pray room, accessible, straight to main road, national road. Kids friendly, they can ride the little pony there. As an educational vacation, there's so fun

This is one of cultural site in Ciamis regency. It is located in Karang Kamulyan village. In the front of the site, there are many coffee shops or warung kopi, even inside many things of food, and drink. If you reach this place, you will see a lot of trees and you will feel a fresh atmosphere.
Karang Kamulyan is a historical site that has many things of artefact and grave. There are kings chair, palace, and the historical rocks as a prove of a kingdom in years ago. Beside that, there are some graves of prince and kings.
Not only historical site, but also this site was claimed as site of peace of world. It was proved by an unique gong, it is a peace world 'a gong.

Extraordinary place...Recommended shrine to all Sundanese and Javanese. Ancestor's traditionally food over here: "kupat, leupeut, tangtang angin, cau raja bulu".

Good cultural heritage spot. Yet, it's quite hectic and messy in the parking area, especially during peak season. Too much persons too much cars too much trashes.

Nice, shady stop on the way to/from Pangandaran. Historic site of one of the early kingdoms in Sunda. Unfortunately there is little to show for.

Merupakan sebuah situs purbakala dan juga arkeologi yang terletak di desa Karangmulyan, kecamatan Cijeungjing, kabupaten Ciamis. Situs yang bercorak Hindu-Budha ini adalah peninggalan dari Kerajaan Galuh. Sangat mudah untuk menjangkau kawasan wisata seluas 25 hektar ini karena posisinya berada di jalan nasional Ciamis-Banjar-Pangandaran atau berjarak sekitar 7 kilometer dari Kota Banjar ke arah selatan.
