Do not go here under any circumstances! I went thinking I’ll get great service and leave relaxed but far from it!
- rooms don’t have air conditioning. I received the ear candling treatment and was dropping with sweat.
- I then received a pedicure and the girl was extremely inexperienced, cut my toe and then proceeded to tell me when it was bleeding that I come in like that!
- no WiFi service either even though they claim they do!
When asked to speak to Manager or owner was told both were unavailable. It appears this place is run by inexperienced, junior staff.
Do not recommend it to anyone

Visit here every time I come to Bali. Therapists are extremely well trained and I never have pain during massages, unlike other places that push too hard in all the wrong places!
Only criticism would be to have more intense facial options if possible!

My wife and I used the spa. We had an odd feel about the place from the start but we went ahead and had a couples room. My wife had a facial and I had a massage.
My wife was then taken to a second room for the next part of her treatment and whilst I was face down my wallet was rifled thru and 1,200,000 rupiah taken. My wallet was in my trousers by the door where I was asked to hang it up. Naive.
The place looked so professional and well kept we got lulled into a false sense of security.
I complained but was told by the owner that she was aware of several complaints from people following a massage. But in her opinion the money was not taken on her premises but by others such as money changers etc.
I know my money was stolen here. It was the only place I had been.

Massage was good but the service was really bad. Receptionist was not helpful and I had to remind the masseuse to turn the aircon away from blowing at my direction 2 times. Massage technique was great, but service is very lacking for the amount we've paid.

Incredible spa with strong, well-trained therapists at a great price. The four hands massage is phenomenal and I always leave feeling both refreshed and relaxed.
They're great with walk-ins and are very professional, clean and welcoming. Their treatment rooms are cozy and the experience is generally great.
