First time in Bali where the food is not tasty, the banana juice is the worst I had and the service is slow. Plates are also expensive when you compare to similar restaurant

The location is very good with extensive, well maintained gardens and open areas overlooking forests and the lake. The main restaurant is one large covered area with large benches and tables, as well as a few smaller tables and sofas. There is even a pool table. The constant dance or reggae music tends to spoil the otherwise tranquil atmosphere. Unfortunately the quality of food lately is deteriorating and doesn't represent good value. It is also just about the only place in Bedugal that is a proper restaurant where you can relax, add opposed to a more traditional style warung.

Tidak sempat mencoba berbagai macam masakannya, kebetulan pas kesini dalam keadaan masih kenyang.
Untuk tempatnya sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Cocok untuk ngobrol bareng temen-temen atau keluarga.
Tersedia juga billiard bagi ada yang suka main billiard. Ongkosnya 5rb/game.

Beautiful gardens with a few roofed terraces to sit and relax. They also serve food and drinks there. The Warung is quite dark. Very nice for adults and kids alike.

This is an excellent place for all the family. There is a wonderful area to keep children entertained with swings, see saws and s trampoline as well as a huge grass area for them to run around. It also offers wonderful accommodation from camping to bedrooms to private cabins! They all look lovely! The grounds are beautiful to walk around and are so quiet. Being able to walk in such an environment felt like a real privilege. Food in the restaurant was delicious too and the staff were exceptionally friendly!
I'll definitely be returning with my friend and her children!!

Nice view, nice food. But the room... Many cocroach, mosquito. The bed is so smelly because of the humidity. I found gecko's droppings on the blanket & towels. Well, the concept is natural, what can you expect?

One of the restaurant that really recommended if you were in Bedugul, they have fire place so at night when become cooler you can sit near fire place just like in Europe also the food very good..no complain just happy !

Stunning. Amazing place with a great garden area and fantastic food. The whole area is created with love and creativity. Even includes playground and some animals which can be watched.

Service ok, some food ok but the chicken gordon blue and schintsel is not recommended. Gordon blue suppose to use mozarella cheese not ceddar cheese

The place is beautiful, with a nice garden and a beautiful view on the lake. However the rooms are very mediocre compared to the price and the restaurant is quite expensive. But the staff is nice, and the hotel is well located, about 10min walking from the temple and 1min from the local market.

Really beautiful setting. It has a very large play area/park for families and kids. Also has a section with animals. Food is great too.

Awesome green ambiance! it suits to family and kids and it has an outdoor activities playground too. the food is quite so-so.. but overall it's an OK experience.

Great place and has a great vibe. The coffee here was great and the service was really friendly. When bored there are some activities to do such as swings, and playground.

The restaurant is a bit rustic and the service very haphazard, but the food is fine and the gardens here are spectacular. Early evenings they light a fire in a hearth inside the restaurant but there is no chimney so the restaurant fills with acrid smoke that makes it unbearable if sitting close by the fire. Choose the right time, take an inhaler if you get asthma and you'll be fine.

A large and green family recreation center, all wood restaurant viewing the garden, bamboo forest, no access to the lake
On the opposite side of Merta Sari market. Warung Rekreasi Bedugul is a large resort comprises of a restaurant, cottages, hotel and a few playgrounds for children, plus bamboo forest, orchid garden, but no access to the Lake Bratan. The place is lush green, and they have Buddha statues everywhere. The restaurant has wood furnitures and wood logs as benches. View to the garden is quite pleasant minus the telecom towers. The cottages are hidden behind overgrown trees, but not really private as they all share common road. A dark bamboo thicket is quite eerie for a quite walk under the bamboo forest. Orchid garden is none-the-less eerie than the bamboo forest. The children playground is a nice place on the grass. Swings, slides, canoe etc. and the mountain air is cool.
Food in general is good, but local taste was modified to be slightly westernized for tourists from that part of the world. But I don’t mind to have a different version of gado gado.

Great place for kids as their is a cool playground and heaps of animals to check out. Food was good (but not great) and prices were reasonable.
Worth stopping in, especially if you have young kids.

The Warung Rekreasi has an incredible garden/park and a nice looking dinning room... But that is it. There is no good cook, the food is really not local, you can feel the industrial food. The prices are high compare to the rest of Bali. The bed rooms are extremely dirty, the shower/WC are without comments. It is a shame to have such a place and waste it like that. This place has a huge potential but yet not used.

One of better choice instead of buffer lunch nearby (more pricy, 180k/person) without vegetarian Choice, they serve good food with choice of vegetarian upon request. Reasonable price/service at your choice, much cheaper. Highly recommended.
