I had this place recommended to me, as I was staying across the road at the resort - fantastic!
I had the spring roles that were the biggest I've ever seen and I had my first seafood curry - awesome!

We got the starters at the same time as the main dishes. Told the waitress to bring it later again. Didn't work properly, so she tried to bring it two times again. afterwards, we then got our starters as a dessert, but they didn't taste good, because they were old and wet. The other Warung apple in the same street is much better.

One of the best balinese food we had over the last two weeks during our trip across the island. Fresh fish, handmade sauces and dips. You should not stay in Lovina without trying!

Remarkably, the two best warungs in Lovina are located next to each other in a street near the beach. We had a great dinner in Warung Apple twice and I found out that the seafood here is of high quality, even better than at its neighbor. So come along, sit down and order some chap cay seafood, ikan goreng or seafood curry. You won't be disappointed!

Great service, tasty and big portions. Free rice crackers! Some more variety than your basic budget warungs. Would go back!

Very reasonable prices. Food was fresh and tasty. The kitchen got my order wrong and then made the poor hostess cry as they screamed across the restaurant to berate her. If your order is wrong, don't say anything! Haha.

Probably now they have become famous the quality and service have gone down a bit. But overall it was ok as an experience. I ordered gado gado and ice tea which I found a bit small compared to other places I have been in Bali.

There are two Warung Apples ... one big and one small, we went to the big one and the spring rolls were great!

Tasty food, reasonable prices. They have Indonesian food as well as more Western. Friendly staff and fast service. Nice terrace, but facing on the street. A plus: I got free prawn crackers while waiting for food. Happy hour for drinks from 5pm to 8pm. Free WiFi.

We went to the 'old' and supposedly original restaurant. The waiting staff was very uninspiring and the food variable at best. The whole party had spring rolls for starters - which was good. The main course ordered were three seafood dishes and one chicken dish, the only one worth having was the chicken dish. The seafood dishes was all grossly over cooked (marlin and shrimps). One ordered chips with her dish and even the chips were a let down, greasy and inedible. A man (Manager?) came and asked how the food was and we said the above, he looked at the food acknowledged the problem and said he was sorry, nothing else happened. No replacement of dishes (despite the party being super hungry we didn't finish our dishes because of lack of quality) or discount... I would not recommend this place and hope it is not representative of the level of quality in Lovina (rated number 1 on TripAdvisor at the time).

its good food for this prices. i try the fish plate for 45000 rupiah. maybe try exspecially indonesian food. its cheap and tastes fine.

Cheap and lots of choice on the menu...the local dishes are less spicy then they should be, as is often the case in tourist restaurants...seems nearly always busy...like all their neighbours, daily happy hour here!

Cheap, but still not worth the money. Worst dinner we had in 2 weeks in Bali. I had a "hamburger" which had nothing to do with a real hamburger. Safe your money and go to one of the other much better restaurants in the neighborhood!
EDIT: On TripAdvisor the reviews are so good, because they don't allow bad ones. Exactly the same review on TripAdvisor was refused to be published!

Good food but very small place - tables are too close to each other. Prises are the same as everywhere in Lovina

Good food for low prices, near (but not next to) the beach. Service was kinda slow and sleepy, but if you're not in a hurry, it's a good place for dinner. Try the Cap Cai!

I ordered prawn curry, one of the most expensive here (50000) and I was sooo dissapointed. It should be spicy but the carrot inside was horrible, sweet and it made whole dish bland.
All veges in big pieces and only a few shrimps :((((
they should have been try curry in Thailand to know the proper taste.
But maybe if you try nasi campur it would be nice.

We have ate four days here! Delicious food, specially the seafood which is fresh. The prices are cheap. We enjoyed the grill mix seafood.

Prices were ok, food was average. Still seems like a very popular place so service was a bit slow.

The food was not very good: the meat was chewy, the peanut sauce was boring and the fried tempeh didn't come with any vegetables. Staff was not really friendly either. The fruit juices were okay though and one big plus: very cheap.
