The rooms are pretty nice. Pool area pretty nice. BUT! When you want to stay and have a relaxing day at the pool to get away from all the salesmens at the beach and streets it gets worse!
People walk in to the poolarea and try to sale stuff, snorkeling trips or diving trips, waterfall trips and so on. Even people who asks for donations!
The staff as well!
It's quite disturbing when having breakfast or drinking coffee and the staff hovering over you and talk about this "amazing" trips we should buy. We tell them multiple times that we will think about it. But they keep nagging about it as soon they see us. For real? This is the first time I experienced this. And I have stayed at a lot of homestays, hostels, hotels. You name it.

This incredible villas are perfect for couples that want relax and privacy. The check in was easy and friendly. The staff was attentive and always willing to help. Very close to the beach, but with such clean swimming pool who wants to leave the place?

It's clean and the bathroom is ok. There is a pool and the beach is about 500m from the hotel. Maybe it's not the best place but it's really ok to stay for few days. More will be hard because Lovina is full of sellers who don't understand 'no'.

AVOID!! WORST PLACE during my 3 months INDONESIA TRIP!!
The accommodation itself might be nice. No question. Especially the pool is great. However, we had the most horrible stay in our whole 3 months trip through Indonesia.
When we arrived at the hotel there were already some sales guys waiting on their scooters at the entrance. The hotel didn't do anything about it. Before we could even go into the pool we were bothered by a guy (called Eddie) who was trying to sell us 2 dives for a rediculous price (155€ per person). He didn't accept our "no" and came back another 2 times.
But what was worse and really shocked me was the reaction of the hotel manager when we asked him for help (troubles with scooter). He screemed at me what's wrong with me to bring problems from outside to the hotel. It is not his business. I was really scared about how aggressive he was. We were asking him very politely and just hoped for some support after an awful day. But he just started to shout. I was worried he might punsh me.
This just proves that my very first impression of this place was correct. The people just try to squeeze the money out of you. They don't want you to have a pleasant stay and to leave the place with good memories (that's a bit the case everywhere in Lovina).
If you don't care about the hotel staff you might have a good stay here. But if you like to have nice people around you and to feel comfortable, I highly recommend to go somewhere else.

Хороший и уютный отель. Часть номеров с вентилятором, другая - с кондиционером. Чистый бассейн. Круглосуточный стафф. Есть кафе, где можно недорого поесть. Персонал старается помочь во всем. Рекомендую.
