Great staff, overpriced for Bali standards but a beautiful and clean place nonetheless. If you're coming to this resort for the beach you'll be highly disappointed, as the water is very dirty and the shoreline is not cleaned of garbage.

Great place. Nice pool and beach. Dolphin sighting early in the morning was amazing. Less vegetarian food options

Resort was near beach, convenient for sunrise and water activities. Free buggy shuttle to nearby places and eateries. Hotel staff was friendly and nice. Interior of room was lovely and good for honeymoon.

My girlfriend had here birthday on the first day in Lovina and as a surprise I wanted to arrange a romantic dinner. When looking on the internet I came across a top 10 on TripAdvisor. Here was stated that the Lovina hotel was one of the best. (Top 3) Because this was also our booked hotel I contacted the hotel by email.
Within hours we received a very personal an friendly email with the price and 4 different menu's.
Because the price was a bit higher for Bali, ($65 pp) I was a bit in doubt but I never had any regrets!!
We were greeted by Mrs. Riris, guest relations, and were personally checked-in and escorted to our hotel room who had a complimentary honeymoon preparation!
Shortly before subset we were again greeted by Mrs. Riris who guided us towards the bar for a super cocktail and she made sure everything was ready when I decided to go to the dinner table. Just before sunset was recommended by Mrs. Riris and she sure was right!
The hotel staff created a perfect atmosphere! We had a personal table just out off plain sight from other guest but still being part of the hotel. We had a very kind waiter and a 6course menu. Also a complimentary birthday cake was presented by the chef. To top things off they also had my girlfriends name writen down in flowers around a bonfire.
Pricewise probably more expensive than other places in NORTH Bali but still no match to the prices asked in Benoa and other tourist areas and don't forget Europe! I can really recommend to let Mrs. Riris and her super team surprise you and your girl/boyfriend/partner/... I would ABSOLUTELY go here again!

This hotel is very nice and have very friendly staff, i like visiting this place and i would like to recommend this place for those who look for beauty and easy access to the beach. By the way this place has nice food in their restaurant

We went there after a long ride from seminyak on the motorbike, very tired we were longing for a nice spa and massage. We were told to wait half an hour and they suggested to wait at the bar where we had a couple of drinks. After 30 minutes one girl of the staff comes back just to inform us that the spa was fully booked for the day. We underlined the fact that we consumed drinks at the bar only because we were waiting for the spa but they didn't accept to give at least a discount on the drinks. They only offered a spa/massage with a small discount for the next morning, but we had other plans. Bad experience and bad customer service.

Very nice resort! I was here for 5 days last year and it was awesome here. Nice pools, fancy hotel rooms, you can even rent a beach villa with a private pool here. The canoes and the SUP's are free to borrow. The resort has an own beach. Breakfast with an amazing view over the rice fields. in short, an awesome stay!

I had breakfast and dinner here, with a boat trip to see dolphins in-between - the pizza here is awesome - I highly recommend a visit to the restaurant!

Great hotel. We had the villa and this was amazing. Also great food in the restaurants. Prices were a bit high but with the free taxi service to the restaurants in the area you can eat really great for great prices!!

This hotel is extremely beautiful. The sunset in the evenings will blow your mind. There is a very good service, which adds extra value to the overall experience. There is a free shuttle bus that works very well, along with free rental of kayaks, paddleboard and bicycles. It is safe to say that you will not regret staying here.

A really excellent hotel! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel are great, as is the design of the hotel. Can't wait to stay here again.

Room is spacious and very clean. Got the 2 bedroom complete with kitchen and dining table. Feels like home.

So many good things to say about this resort. I honestly cannot fault it. The staff are lovely, the food wonderful. The resort itself is fresh, spotlessly clean & tastefully decorated. Wifi is very good & internet fast. There is a free shuttle into the town & free use of bicycles, kayaks & snorkeling equipment. The breakfast is included & a large variety of food offered.

Good food, lots of space, chill, and flexible. Great base for exploring the north of the island. More popular with families than the party crowd.

Lovely place to hang next to the beach .... Although we weren't staying here they were very welcoming to us and our kids ... Lots of activities on the beach for them to while away the hours

The staff in the hotel really makes you feel at home. The hotel is well maintained and the gardens are beautiful. The rooms are large and the food is very good. As there isn't much to do in Lovina the hotel does everything to keep you entertained.
There is a spa, a large swimming pool, a private beach and even a babysitter service. Prices for services and food are good although the hotel should include tax and service cost (currently +21%). The menu could have a little more variety as after a few days you probably have tried most of it.

I have found this resort superb and well equipped. The location is just beside the beach, The resort own its private beach which less crowded. The resort offer free water activities like kayak, stand boating, snorkeling etc. Very clean resort and lots of open space and garden for nice relax holiday.
One delimiter is there are no other food shop or shopping area near by. But this resort offers free shuttle service to those locations.
I got free 20 min spa, which was not so impressive. The resort's own gift shop is very expensive. Breakfast was average.
The deluxe suit and villa have private swimming pool. I enjoyed a lot. The main swimming pool is also very nice located just beside the beach.

I've been here on last week with my family. I stay in one of villa in there. When I open the door, its a good place with modern building. Really nice. Its a amazing place to spend your weekend with your lovely family.
