Not really Balinese experience I guess like I expect. But ok for relax and another ambience. I like the coffee tour, although souvenirs are overpriced for poor girl like me 😅
If you like some stylish and hype place, this is it. But for me, who more like adventurous and cultural experience, its a little not time/budget friendly.

The place itself is beautiful, but the beauty tour feels completely useless. You go see a mini museum with mainly pictures on the wall explaining the natural products, you go inside the smallest factory ever where you barely see production. You have to wear a suit and mask and they charge you 30000 for a picture. And then you see a 5 minute video and then it's over, they bring you to the store to purchase their products. Everything feels like a sham to buy their products.
The worst part is, their products ARE FAR FROM BEING NATURAL! So many chemicals and paraben products. This was completely astonishing. For someone who knows natural products, this is crazy to brand product like this as natural. They also advertised a fragrance as an essential oil! At that point, I didn't even bother to do the coffee tour. Save your 100000 rupiah for another activity.

A tourist trap. There's a mandatory IDR 50k ticket for a guided tour. We did not have time for the tour but still got to pay fo it. The food is also a bit tok ex. Fried noodle about IDR 60k, Tipat Cantok 35k, young coconut 32k etc.

I don't understand the concept. I paid 100K (6€) to enter business premises where I have to pay in order to get anything. Someone please explain the concept to me.

Very interesting complex in the lush landscape of hillsides and sawah's with remarkable architecture and beautiful landscaping. Charming reception and interesting tours and lots of opportunities to procure the various products on display. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy the scenery from the restsurant and appreciate the excellent local food.

The best! Very large all in one restaurant with cool design. They have museum which has an entrance fee and guided tour. Food are delicious, I recommend to try the duck which cook in bamboo. If you like coffee, they have great coffee.

Quite entertaining for kids, the architectural is awesome. The coffee is perfect specially the cold brew Toraja one. But I hate to see luwak ini the cage. Poor them.

Good food refreshments and ambiance. Attentive and helpful staff - a great place to break your journey and maybe buy some locally made soap and souvenirs from central Bali

Great new place to visit when you are in Bali. The rice field view and the building was very beautiful. The tour package was educational too, although a bit short. You can learn about the ingredients and the processing of their beauty products. Head over to the shop to buy complete ranges of their product. Overall a good experience 😊👍

From the surrounding to the building, everything about this place is just so beautiful. Once you got in, you'll be guided for a beauty tour and a coffee tour. Or you can just skip it and explore the place yourself. There's a cafe and a restaurant serving asian and western menu here.
benny kristiawan (04/07/2017 03:15)
A wonderful place to enjoy coffee for adults with beautiful and romantic scenery. A place to gain knowledge for children and adolescents to learn about the history of coffee, soap making, perfume and the like.

I was disappointed . First because I had to pay 100,000 IDR and was told oh you can half your money back, through purchase. The intention of the whole "tour" is to get you to buy something.
I took a guided tour the guide was super nice, the buildings were newly made and modern.
The museum tour was about 7 min , then went to a very clinical "tour" of a very sterile lab, which before you enter, pay for picture before you go in. No thanks, and you have to cover from head to toe. None of the products are organic or natural they all have chemicals. The tour was nothing but watching people work.
Then they put you in a theatre to try to encourage you to BUY something , with a 7 min video of beautiful women who uses their products, only to get pumped out into the store, where I had 4 people watching me like a hawk, asking what product line would I be most interested in, "The whitening product or the regular one" ?
I have a hard time promoting the fact people should change their colour to look more "white" its encourages those who are not to simply not accept who they are, what skin they have been given.
I had to leave the store because of the pressure, and the fact that nothing is natural or organic. I did not see the coffee tour as i was so turned off in their brilliant way to get you to buy something I left.

Expansive well manicured open space with cafe, restaurant, mini zoo and plenty of green space. The cafe provides tasting of various single origin coffee from different part of Indonesia. Great place for family and if you enjoy greenery in a clean environment.

Good food if a bit pricey, but worth it for the designer views and service

You need to pay ticket here, 50k for local, 100k for tourist, this place have an amazing scenery, so many spot for taking picture, good food but the price is very expensive, there are wedding chapel, they sell coffee, and beauty care. Worth to try!!!
Agung Tresna (06/03/2017 05:23)
Very well done place. This is a place where you can spend your evening with family and loved ones.
Inside you can have the selection to take coffee and beauty tour where you can learn one or two things about them.
I believe the ticket is 50k (i am local. Not sure about foreigners). Half of which is a voucher in a restaurant inside.
The sunset view is quite good. Hence try to go inside around 5, take the tour and enjoy the sunset scenery around 6. The image explain everything 😊

The architecture is great. Many spots for taking photos. Good education about cosmetic fabrication and coffee tasting. But they promote their product to much. In Indonesian we called "lebay"
Edna Ade Soekotjo (11/02/2017 08:22)
Just having a coffee and cake here, love the architecture of the building and good ambience too
Muhammad Bimo (11/01/2017 08:58)
A Nice cozy place to hang around in the middle of nowhere. You need a ticket to get in which is around IDR 50.000, and you get half of the ticket's price for cashback. Also you could get a free informative tour about the creation of coffee and herborist products. Great view and architecture, it could be a destination for fill your instagram feed, or just simply enjoy the view after dealing with the hectic streets of the cities of bali.
Wiyanto Kodrat (02/01/2017 17:54)
It is a place owned by Herborist cosmetic company. It has a small factory there for show. There is a restautant and a good coffee shop there.
Yoshua Sinugroho (28/08/2016 08:50)
Marketing building for some soap brand. The architecture and interior design was phenomenal though. Not to mention they have coffee selection as well. Good place to visit
Yang Xiu Zhen (18/09/2016 08:10)
This place actually is a place for selling herborist products. Don't expecting any garden, but the building was nice. This place is still under construction for Chapel. When entering this place, you need to buy ticket, and there will be a guide who will try to sell herborist product. It's a nice place if you like beauty product, but don't expect any garden like the name. The only plus side for me is the luwus restaurant.
Cheryl I (29/06/2016 04:26)
I don't understand the marketing coherency of this place. The gorgeous building by Andra Martin is the only redeeming factor. It is quite misleading because of the low quality products (c.r.a.p.) inside.
Quality ingredients were promoted during the tour only for me to find products that were cheap, full of fillers and possibly carcinogenic products. EDTA, parabens, mineral oils... I was honestly trying to understand why the tour guide is convinced that olive oil is supposed to be clear white in color after being refined when it clearly shouldn't be, I got my answer when I checked the bottle to find that the product is mostly mineral oil (baby oil, petroleum based). I was the only person at the pushy scripted tour, had to try 9 products on two arms.
Their "premium products" are exactly the same as the low tier products if you care to look at the ingredients list. They had a fake fail LUSH beauty product area, copy without heart. Also fake banana boat products. This is what happens when you cheap out on marketing and graphic design.
Not interested in eating or going on the coffee factory tour since not keen to find what other cost cutting measures I have to be exposed to. I wasn't even tempted to use the 50,000rupiah voucher that I got for the (basically free) entrance fee. Disappointment.

I don't understand this place. In May 2016 it's still soft opening and entrance is free. Normal entrance fee is supposed to be 100.000 IDR per person. It's an 'educational village, coffee shop, restaurant and museum - and rice terrace view which they were still building in the back of the structure.
Truly odd place in the middle of nowhere - or maybe on the way to Bratan. Maybe the target group is school children on the island but I still don't understand the place. Maybe it's something Indonesians only understand.
