Small ugly rooms, washbasin doesn't work, no toilet paper, one towel for three people, breakfast is rice without anything and the whole room is dirty and smells like wet dog. Rediculus!!

Service was disappointing. The beds were comfortable, although the electricity turned off several times during the day. They had an issue with the water pump and we couldn't bathe till dusk.

The staff was nice and the location is good (close to the lake, traditional market and warungs). The garden and exterior of the rooms are nice too. But the rooms themselves are in very poor shape even though we had one of the 'cottage' types - hot water didn't work, bathroom was dirty, sheets and towels were wet and dirty with stains, rooms had no natural light, breakfast was just toast and coffee. Plus, they tried to charge us much higher than what was posted on online booking sites (250K) which this place certainly didn't deserve. We found much better accommodation for cheaper. We ended up staying in Munduk rather than Bedugul as most places had low ratings in Bedugul.

Kebersihannya kurang, saya ga yakin kamarnya sudah dibersihkan waktu kami cek in. Sabun bekas pakai masih ada diatas wastafel, lantai kamar mandi basah, di toilet duduk ada beberapa helai rambut keriting, ga dapat handuk. Jadi sprei&selimut pun kami ga yakin apa sdh diganti..Untuk lokasinya bagus dan harganya sih murah

Staff ramah.. minta ini itu malam".. gak pernah telat.. sangat memberi informasi tempat wisata disana.. nyaman.. super dingin.. tapi tenang.. air panas tersedia 24jam..

The room looks normal, they only smell in the old stale stinky style. Probably not washed several weeks. At night you will be woken up several times, I guarantee. 0 am - last partying people outside, 4 am - first roosters, close and loud. 5 am - call to prayer competition, the loudest sound systems ever. 5:30 am - roosters go on. 6 am - some dogs and birds in cages start to communicate also, 6:30 first children get up and freak out, 7 am - the whole kampung get up. Roosters keep on screaming.

Staf atau owner ya, pelayanan ramah seperti bisnis keluarga tapi saya ke bangun dari tidur saya itu laba2 banyakkkk gak sampe 100 sihhh tapi lebih dari 6 gtuuu, dan laba2 nya agak tebal ukuran nya pendek dan hitam pekat gtu di kasurrrr hiiii.. saya gak tau ya, kapan datang nya tuh karna gak sempat cek kamar karna datang sudah terlalu malam, lampu redup jadi gak sempat cek kondisi kamar saat itu ada binatang kecil2 eh agak pagiaann jiahhhh melompat lah saya dan buru2 kaburr yaa setelah itu sampe ingat2 3 jam udah di pura ulun danu nya saya ketinggalan baju dan asliii klo ingat kejadian itu gw gak bisa tidurrr ngeri dan trauma yaaa. Malam setiba homestay, saya Sempet ngerasain Air panas gas nya mantepp! Tapi pagi2 lgsg kabur gak sempet mandi...
