The best place to stay in Munduk!! The environment and the facilities here are just plain beautiful. The cottages are comfy and spacious, the views are luscious and tropical, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can’t think of any negative things! Definitely would stay here again!

This has most certainly been the highlight of my three weeks in Bali. There is absolutely nothing I could say to detract from this magical place. One important tip is to make sure to book a room with mountain views ⛰️.
Meeting the gracious staff who so keenly and amicably attended to our needs was part of the experience. There's no need to be concerned with food as the breakfast (included) and lunch and dinner menu provided ample traditional/continental options.
The room itself was spectacular with a shower with an open air skylight. The communal area is beautifully curated with all varieties of plants which the owners take pride in. Also, a bird, prized for its singing abilities is carefully cared for and adds to the gentle atmosphere in the establishment. Meeting the graceful owner was great, as we could see the pride she takes in her homestay and warung.
A tour guide named Coman took us all around to some excellent places that I would highly recommend: the hot springs, waterfalls and botanical gardens, in Munduk, where we spent the entire day. He even took us to eat some local speciality food - suckling pig - which upset my stomach but was delicious. The next morning at 5a.m. we were taken by Coman to Lovina for a two hour ride in a traditional boar to see dolphins.
Five stars 🌟 most memorable place high up in the mountains.

Nice rooms with great view, for good price. Clean and tidy, recommended for visitors of this area! Food was also great!

Nice small restaurant with delicious sateh. Nice that they serve it on a mini grill on your table. Also the other dishes were good.

Great vistas from the dining terrace and the food was delicious and tasty. The menu is pretty much all indonesian fare with a nice selection of Balinese and other Indonesian choices. Great place for a stop on the way up to the lakes.
