For the price I paid, not worthy.
Room smells a lot like mold, and there's mold and humidity everywhere.
The mirror from the toilet fall off when I was showering and the wall behind is BLACK of the mold.
I slept in the couch, it doesn't smell as strong as the room.
I will not come back here. Maybe other rooms are better, who knows.

Nice and clean villa. The interior is modern and quite new. The breakfast is surprisingly great. Will come back again.

an excellent choice for family vacation, optionaly you can choose 2 rooms or 3 rooms villa. close to attractions arround bedugul. the food is good too. love the environment and atmosphere

Not too bad but don't expect anything fancy here. Entrance to the place is very small, barely fit two small cars. Main recpetion building looks decent. Some of the villas, however, looks broken and unmaintained from the outside. The restaurant and meeting place is half finished. Only the first floor has been completed
The location itself is pretty good. It is close to Ulun Danu Temple. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby. There is also a small villager's canteen inside the complex if you don't want to eat in the restaurant.
The villa that we stayed was ok. However, it was lack of maintenance. The part of the bedrooms walls were a bit mouldy. The some of the windows were unable to be closed and locked since the wood have expanded a bit due to the humidity. The hotwater is a bit of a problem. If you took shower a little bit long, the next person would need to wait a bit longer till the water heats up again.
The restaurant was not bad as well. Indonesian and western food were available for breakfast. The issues with the restaurant were the flies and smokes from other guests. Many flies in the restaurant and there were guests smoking near the door.
If you are just staying to visit the surrounding attractions in Bedugul and need a decent place for the family to sleep with good selection of breakfast, this place is ok. Yet, if you are expecting resort style accommodation, this place is definitely not for you.

Great value and service for a low price. Quiet except on week-ends. WiFi was ok most of the time. Good buffet breakfast. Like many other ppl already said: worn out walls, floors and mirrors but acceptable for the price. The main issue is the constant humidity as there is no aircon nor fans in the rooms. The wet clothes I brought in the room the 1st day were still as wet the 3rd day when I left!

The hotel is really clean, the staffs are friendly, the breakfast is superior compared to most, and most importantly the location is fantastic. The view you get from the restaurant is simply breathtaking. The rate for the rooms are very reasonable. I really recommend this place.

Fantastic staff, making sure everything goes smoothly. Free shuttle to go anywhere you like (in a 3km radius more or less). Stable and fast wifi connection. Large buffet breakfast.

Moisture on the wall in our flat. Breakfast ok but awful pretty much everything else on the menu. Really cold and humid at night, difficult to sleep. Not enough hot water for two people to shower. You can find much better around for that price. Oh and plates but no, pan nor plate, nor oven so it's impossible to cook. False advertisement!

Do not book through airbnb with Raja. They will till lies saying yes a tiny pebble fell from the wall when it actually was probably a kilogram or 3 and if would have hit me, would've put me in the hospital. Place is not very clean, the staff is friendly and the food looks good, but that is about it.
The place seems to be on the downhill because the walls were dirty and so was the furniture and the beds. I was not looking for a 5 star resort just a place to rest my head and this was not the place by no means. This is my experience and maybe some have had better. After traveling all over Bali for a month I had way better and I mean better place for less.

Highly recommend!!! It's new, clean, comfortable and the most importantly, affordable!!! The buffet breakfast is beyond my expectation.

Super place to stay! New, cosy bad, small kitchen with teapot and sink, parking infront of your door, big viriety of food for breakfast, helpful and friendly staff.
Hot water is enough for 1 person to shower, then you'll have to wait)))

Very cold place, few things not enjoyable are opposite of the villa is mixed with local resident. Much better, if there's a limitation in between. Overall , it is recommended going vacation by group nor family.

Stayed in one of the smaller villas at start of hill. Our villa was ok, though couch was old and worn. Bathroom very small and always very wet. No fans or aircon - wasn't too much of a problem as weather wasn't hot up this way (March)
Like the other reviews mention, the roosters will probably wake you up in the morning, and if not, the local dogs will. Not a bad place to stay, and good restaurant at top of hill with nice, cheap food. Recommend a walk down to the lake and the gardens and temples, shrines on the shore.

Nice villa near Pura Ulun Danu Bratan and Botany Garden, Bedugul Area. Nice, attentive and fast response staff. Standard buffet breakfast, good food. Very quiet all the day and but close to nature, such as rooster wakes you up in the morning. Will back again if I stay in Bedugul.

A very nice, cozy, tidy and clean place. Worth every penny you spent.
One villa has 2, 4 or 6 rooms with bathroom inside each room (not shared bathroom). Each house has a main living room and a pantry with electric kettle and a sink. Tableware ready. Tea and coffee are available. Each room has LED TV, and so is the main room outside.
You don't have to book for whole house, you can book for just one room, and if you're lucky, you can have the villa all by yourself ^_^
Buffet breakfast is good, not too special, but decent enough.
View from down the street to the top is beautiful. You can see the mountain on the background. Alas, the view from the top is amazing, you can see the lake from afar.
Weather usually always a bit cold, about 20-25 celcius.
You can walk to the open area, a few minutes walk after the restaurant. You can see a clearer view of Lake Beratan.
What I don't like is the water heater, it takes forever to reheat.

We (2 couples) spent 2 nights at this delightful Villa, which was clean and spacious, and the staff were extremely helpful. We booked direct with the Hotel which was a better rate; they upgraded us upon arrival; they provided a mini van transport to wherever we wanted to go in Bedugul and picked us up after eating at a local restaurant which was really necessary in this location.
The cafe/restaurant half way up the hill called "Wayan's" was some of the best Indonesian food we tasted.

Ask for villa 11 or close if you don't like noise (chicken )

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. The place is fairly nice overall, except it's located close to local families with dogs and roosters. You might get awaken by the barking and the roosters if you are a light sleeper. The room is cleaned except for frequent insects crawling into the villa. Also, there is no AC in the villa because the temperature is much lower at night compared to rest of Bali. The hotel also provides drop-off and pick-up to locations in town. Breakfast is nice with mostly Balinese dishes.

new villa, clean room, comfortable, good breakfast, good staff, near beratan lake just a little walk you about 10 min can reach the candi kuning site and enjoy the beautiful lake view... i have a little problem when check-in but it's okay... overall goodstay in CLV
