Tempatnya dipinggir danau Beratan.

Mysterious resort at the foothill of a forest mountain, lots of statues, eerie ruins
The easiest way to reach Bedugul Wana Villas is by taking the boat from Ulun Danu Bratan temple. A wooden pier and a few giant black animal guardian statues are impressively add an air of mystery, and in contrast, dark woods on almost vertical mountain on the background is a bit eerie. A narrow path with black stones and black statues sent us deep into the garden, nearing the dark woods. Dark stones and structures on a road junction, one way leads to an alamanda garden, one way to a main building, and the other way leads to temple ruins. We walk further, and find another junction, with statues of Hindu deities painted with gold on stone poles. The whole place is covered with bushes. We walked away, deeper into the garden, and arrived at a hall. The building should be a function hall but more like a temple. Passing a water pond, at the back is a shrine with spoke-wheels painted gold, a well-made Ganesh embossed painting and an old painting depicting a goddess riding a swan. In most places, I wish to see less tourists. In this place, I wish to see at least one tourist, but there were none. We left the hall. At the border between the resort and the dark wood, we find a door fence which leads to the dark wood and probably the top of the mountain.
We continue to walk to the garden and saw many broken statues. On an opening, we saw a black Ganesh statue. On the compound behind, there was an even bigger Ganesh statue, black. It is a temple ruins. All made from carved black stones. A black towering structures resembles those in India. The ruins are blended with the dark woods, and the mist started to come down. Then in started to rain. We go back to the boat.
We looked back to the giant animal guardians, the dark woods, and the dark mountain, which is now covered by mists.
Who'd dare to stay in the villas....?
