Same as Chris post. We enjoyed the trip to menjangan island but the van they took us in was very old and uncomfortable. We were staying at a villa in sing sing and the van was unable to get to the top, on the second trip with them the vans clutch broke and we had to walk back to the villa. The tour guides apologised but with young children and old people walking up the very steep hill was terrible. An apology from the tour operator would of helped seeing we spent plenty of money on two trips and Christmas dinner there.

Tour guides were good as well as the tour in general. The manjangan island is a beautiful snorkling spot. Highly recommended.
But we were disappointed about the company itself. We had a flat tyre on the way, which caused some delay and we had an engine failure after lunch so that we had to wait for another boat from the mainland to take us in. Becaus of all those delays we were not able to snorkle twice as actually planned. Therefore we asked for a discount but they refused... Of course a flat tyre can happen an also an engine failure. But that is not the problem of the customer, the operator has to maintain its vehicles so that the customer gets what he paid for. In our case we did not get the two times snorkling and neither a discount. We tipped the guides accordingly because they were good and gave their best to resolve the issues. We do not like the behaviour of the operator with our complaint. We did not even hear a sorry from them.
