Old hotel but good location. Near to central lovina (dolphin statue), pepito market, lovinalife cafe & other club / bars.

Extremely overpriced considering the condition of the resort has not seen a face lift since 1900 rooms were filthy dirty outside toilet and shower nobody else was staying there so cancel the booking and recommend the owner should do a complete overhaul of the resort. Garden are not maintained.

A fantastic, palace-like villa with huge rooms filled with beautiful artworks. Great value for money if there are a few of you to spread the cost. We didn't leave the property for the whole weekend.

Relaxing hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful.Very friendly manager who always take care and say hello to everyone. The price is good for stay there to take some rest. The pool is clean and big. the hotel’s very close to lovina center. I like the beach and this hotel got a hot water for taking a shower. I wish that I can stay 1 week there next travel.On that morning we see many dolphin.Went you come to lovina try to stay this cottages one night and you will know what I write and just 10 meter walk to the beach.

I can go to the beach with 2 min. walking distance ,dolphin watching only Rp70,000 arranged by hotel,
very enjoy and happy .

Staff are very friendly but the Chinese owner’s an arrogant prick. Not that I’m racist but he treats local with no respect. He’s very bossy and nosy. When he’s around all the staff seem to be very quiet and stressed out. We stayed there for 7 days. Every time we talked and had a joke around with some staff he had to come and stand next to us but instead of greeting us and asking us how we were, he talked to the staff and asked them what we wanted. One afternoon we invited our friend, who is a local but he lives in Australia (we came together from Australia to visit his family), to come and have a drink and use the pool. That evening while we’re relaxing near the pool, the owner came over and told my friend in Indonesian language that we couldn’t use the pool tomorrow because he’s putting some chemical in to clean the pool. Our Indonesian friend later on told us that the way the owner told him was very rude and ill-mannered. He should just tell us in English face to face. Please do not support this kind of business owner. Also if you ever go there try to have a look at all the pictures behind the reception counter. The owner showed lots of high powered Indonesian people, like high rank police and generals. We were wondering who they were. Later on my local friend told us that about 10 to 20 years ago, the Chinese businesses used to have some problems with the local people basically because they’re not trying to integrate with them. So that’s why he has to have those pictures up to show who he knows and deter the locals if they want to come and start some trouble. But that’s long time ago. Imagine that the owner is still having that kind of the perception in mind. The room is very old, the hot shower was not working. We could not move out because we paid up front and we could not get the full refund. Don’t go there. Go somewhere else and support a good business, please think about the locals they do not earn much.
