I waited 2.5 hours for the guide! In the video it loked like realy profesional! The protection was laying in a room wet and stinki on the ground. I decided to leave this place before the guide was coming. Sorry guys you have to learn a lot more if you would like to have international guest! Will not join this place again....

Impossible to reach this company during low season. No response to any of my inquiries, only an autoreply message.

Took us two hours to get going because they hadnt seen our bookings but I got worn out anyway. My crankshaft and stem were loose like hell but was an easy fix and overall I was impressed with the bike! Trails had seen better days as there were fallen trees and loose material all over the place (which made it more fun). I guess it is because of the rain season. Fridge was empty so no Bintang :( Overall I had a blast, very friendly staff and I had the park for myself. If you consider going here and you're pitty go in the dry season!!

Was stoked to be able to get a ride in while on a family holiday. Good mix of trails. Runs are quite short but they are in the process of adding more. Turn around time is great and the staff are all super friendly and helpful.
Would have been 5 stars if the rental bike was in slightly better condition. Still very rideable but the non shimano brakepads leave a bit to be desired.

It's a good park and the people there are nice. You can talk to them easily and ask for advice.

Cool place, variety of trails, good gear on hire, helpful staff, easy to find.
Quick uplift and good variety of tracks
Just be cautious about the difficulty grading. 'Blue is easy', but blues are significantly harder than a blue in other parts of the world. Fine if you are already a confident mountain biker, but probably too difficult if you are starting out. There isn't a super-easy 'just roll down the hill' option for beginners

Expectations exceeded ! The team running the place is amazing and you feel very welcome there as a guest. There are all levels of mountain biking trails for everyone. It's a great place to start, enjoy and rip down the trails !
Had we known about this gem, we would have spent a week here and come earlier !
Will be coming back again next year and would highly recommend !

This bike park is in a beautiful place, locals are nice and will help you whatever could happen to you, the shuttle are pretty quick with a 4x4, don't be afraid to go there you don't need to be a profreerider to ride their tracks, there are every kind of level, from family to enduro to downhill with jumps, so you can start slow and finish on the big one when you are more confident !
don't forget you camera if you go there, so many beautifull landscape !
Enjoy for me !

Awesome place! There's tons of variety... berms, jumps, stepups, stepdowns, hips, and technical lines. I was so stoked I had to come back (all the way from BC, Canada) just 4 months later. On my second visit there was a new big jump line for advanced and pro riders, a new trail, and an impressive amount of trail maintenance and small additions done to the existing lines.
Riding in the jungle is super unique experience. You're surrounded in big tropical trees and crazy dirt. It's dusty and deep during the dry season, and tacky and smooth in the wet season. The dust is thick so you sink in deep and still get a bit of traction at high speed, when in Bali you can surf dirt not just waves! And when it has moisture it's amazing how well you can hook up in the corners. Riding on a tropical island is very awesome. It's really impressive to see a bike park this developed in Southeast Asia, the crew here are killing it! If you don't have a bike with you in Bali, the Chillhouse provides a nice selection of bikes and scheduled shuttles to the park.
I can't wait to watch this place keep growing and become one of the sickest destinations around. YAMAN! Good times.
