needless to say the buildings looks great, the staff performances need a little more improvements, but it has a really good hygiene environment but a big minus for the expensive prices

the only Siloam with worst service on the phone, except just for reservation & if choose english speaking, hardly no answer or long answer & often forward to wrong department. Even choose english language, still hardly can get service or info by phone, needed for busy people. It is so different from Siloam in Jkta & Bali, with quick answer & phone. In fact, from the review 4 months ago & before there are also nearly similar information & even the administration is so slow & bad. That means Siloam Makassar has't got improved in such a period of time & might not read all reviews written here. How can it get improved if no input received & counter actions undertaken? Hope Siloam national central Jakarta may pay attention more on these issues or the development in all indonesia will be just low value of investment & contribution to society.

Worst Ever in its class!!!
My father got hospitalized, and we waited for about half an hour to get the nurse came and did the treatment. That also becoz we asked first to the front desk what treatmet he should had. They were confused to find where my dad's record was. They even didnt know why he needs to be hospitalized. Not long after we "invade" the front desk , nurse came to put the infusion. And then not long, my dad was took to the rontgen room. There, my dad asked to measure the height and weight again, while he already had in his records, juz before he was hospitalized. My dad asked, where's my chart,, and he answered that he didnt have his chart from beginning. Three words : Oh My God!
Second thing. We asked for VIP room, bcoz we r big family, it would be easier for us without annoying other patient. But they said it was all occupied. So they gave us, standard room with no patient. That means my dad would stay alone in that room. The reason, becoz the other bed is broken. So we took it. The next day, we were informed that he needs to move if still want to stay alone. We asked why. They answered bcoz there will be another patient in the room. We argued the bed is broken, bcoz they said so before. They answered, it was broken yday, today no longer. Whatt??? There was no technician or staff tried to fix it before, or changed it. Suddenly, a staff put the sheet on the bed that was written "broken". Okay.. three words : You're Kidding Me!!!
So,, the good side,,,, i will stay healthy for definitely no going back to this hospy..even if this is the nearest hospy.
Oh ya,, i dunno if this is new or not,, this is my first time to know that this hospital, the ward, has its own safety box. For what?? For save the medicine in the box. Realllyyy????? Do u think we want to steal the medicine??????

The room in BPJS 7 floor is dirty. How come? There are flies in international hospital.

This hospital is just OK if you consider value of money we spend just for check up or extensively got some medical treatment. More Expensive compare to other private hospital surround Makassar, cleanliness above standard, strategically located closed to water front of Losari, Siloam is excelent but not affordable.
