Hotel yang paling prestisius secara fasilitas di area kotamobagu, tapi sayang pelayanannya tidak sesuai standard fasilitasnya. Tingkatkan pelayanannya pls....

Room is clean and spacious, but had to wait a long time for the room to be prepared caused by miss management from the hotel staffs.. Very poor management ethics

If i can give no star or minus, i will!
We arrived at 3pm and the room isn’t ready, after wait for almost an hour they gave us room but there was still people inside.
We booked two rooms under family booking, they can only provide one....and no solution given until we asked for extra bed.
On c/o they top-up the agreed price and no staff admit the price they’ve mentioned and agreed with our family. When asked for the on-duty manager, the person was having a day off (on weekend during full occupancy - ??!!)
There are other hotels around the area that i believed provide much better service and honest price, you better choose others.
I’ve read some reviews mentioned that their service level is sadly getting worse. Unfortunately they think they are the best hotel in town, well with such service the reputation soon will go dooooown the hill!

spacious, kinda weirded out finding this kind of hotel in kotamobagu. clean but please clean out the ventilation once in a while. not used with the open clothing closet. the restaurant is hotter than the lobby area. no ac? or because it's near the kitchen? bad ventilation? anyway, it's slightly uncomfy.
what's the deal with the neon green light behind the bed? is it supposed to make me sleepy? or create an ambience? feels like in a horror film you know. and it's tacky.

It seems the best hotel in town.
Amenity facilities are quite good.
Inside the room, there's nothing better than the big window with scenery outside.

Open my curtain to enjoy the view,but all i got is all fungal-thingy all over the window. They cut the budget to clean outside of the building.
The breakfast is quite-vary but tasteless,lack of seasoning. They can't even stir omelete batter correctly.

The service and food are great. My friend had a medical emergency when we were there and the staff handled the situation in quick and professional manner.
However, the view outside is not so good.

Not recommended. Too expensive because the only available big hotel in town. Dirty floor, safety box malfunction, magnetic key was not working properly

The best hotel in town but still it's overpriced. And they only accept payment in cash no debit or credit cards. They also have nice view outside and in the morning and afternoon you can have birding moments.

I think it's overpriced, maybe because it's the first starred hotel in Kotamobagu & no other choices. Cleanness & staff hospitality are poor enough. Seems like they need more trainings in service. But overall it's ok for a hotel in a small city. Keep it up!
