The place is very kids friendly. The staffs are really helpful and welcoming. They have lots of attractions and agendas for kids. The breakfast also taste delicious, especially for the pastries.
The only thing bothering was, connecting room is a bit noisy. You could hear people talk from the room next door. Maybe if they could use some silencer in the door, it'd be better.
They are doing renovation now. But it didn't affect all activities inside the hotels. And it won't disturb your holiday at all

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The hotel and facility was great, but the service was terrible. I checked in @ 2pm with long queue. Front office only 3 person altough many guest hotel with long queue want to check in. When arrived at room, room not ready yet, still cleaning progress. So, we wait in lobby. After they inform Us if the room is ready, we go inside, and in fact room is not cleaned well. Floor is very dirty, no towel, no doormats. So I ask housekeeper to clean the room.. again. Towel and doormats not available until 4 pm. It's not common for 4 star hotel. Housekeeper told me if they must clean 16 room for 1 housekeeper.

It’s moderate place for vacation especially for your family. Not so many facilities but good enough to stay overnight at this place.
The new facility at this place, i think it’s Bird Zoo. Not so big but good enough lah.
If you have a baby...this place will exciting your baby since there are some animals at this hotel such as Birds, Camel, and elephant. You can walk around the hotel with elephant.
The place also provide A Bird Show too. The price of this hotel is competitive.
Come and feel it...have a nice try👍👍

This is an amazing resort. The venue is large, several acres. The hotel rooms are spread throughout the location in different buildings, each very unique. There are also a variety of activities for adults and kids alike, including a bird cage and camel and horse rides. A great place to spend a weekend with family.

You better go to this place before you go to Taman Safari cuz you will have special discount and another offering from hotel if you stay at this hotel. You are also will see there are so many children area here start from swimming fool until play ground for your kids. Very worth it you stay at this hotel

One of the better option if you just want to hangout in the hotel. You know, Puncak is a very crowded area during holiday. The resort is big, and it has a recreational area which is ok.
Though I'm quite disappointed by the breakfast service. This place supposedly have a second breakfast area but they didn't open it during my stay. The main breakfast area became very crowded and It was even hard for me to get a spoon or a plate.

Nice place for kids to have fun time, bird garden was amazing, the water park despite rather small and old but it is fun.. the renovation and heavy construction is going on though so may be you need to wait if you want to enjoy the best out of this hotel

Have a childs?! If yes this place is suitable for you.. Huge play ground, cheap game rides, water park pool, delicious food, so many variance of room. Definitely back again later..

So lovely have a holiday here. It has a great room,good swimming pool, and also good breakfast. You can visit Bird park and watch bird show free and you can ride camel, elephant, horse (not free).

The komodo room superior was standard but the facilities in the hotel is satisfaction. Very suitable for holiday with children, many experience you get from the facilities. Swimming pool was nice but please improve the warm pool that is too small. Excellent breakfast the variation so many. Nice experience got by stayed in the royal safari garden. Thanks

The cottage with 3 rooms for family or friends (small group). Just 5 mins by drive to Taman Safari Zoo. They give breakfast's coupon based on room type.

Our kids love to stay here spending their vacation. Full activities all day from the first afternoon we arrived until the next afternoon. Swimming, kid's riding, circus at night while having dinner, leopatd show..bird show..flyig fox...and too many more.

Affordable, worthy hotel in puncak. The pool is nice, have guests attractions. Have various room types, the food is not bad.

This place is a gem. It is big and has lots of attractions for kids, starting from pool, bird park, animals riding (horse, elephant, camel), animal show, and other games for kids (golf, flying fox, cars, etc). We stayed in Giraffe room and it's clean and nice. We enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back. The only thing that needs to be improved is the food in the restaurant.

Massive place heaps of activities within the grounds. Dolphin 2 bedroom room could do with some maintenance. Big new complex currently under construction, should be awesome when completed.

The room is ok except small insects inside bathrooms and i hate insects. But my other family get the new renovated room and it's much better and cleaner... the hotel facilities are great.. they have bumper car, pony ride, elephant ride, bird park (you can feed the bird too), boat, mibi train, archery, paintball, flying fox, and many more... a great place for families with children

Food sucks, really plain, don't even bother eating in here. They used to be good. We rented Elephant villa, this is 3 rooms for 6 people, but its family/TV room is too small for 6 people. Lots of facilities are closed to an on-going renovation, hence 2 stars.

Nice scenery and lots of trees, fresh air, comfortable and pleasant stay, plenty of facilities, though the hot water shower sometimes does not work, and the sky terrace is so good

Giraffe is a new type of 5 level room accomodation, we took newly built junior suite , spacious, airy bed and bath room. Got a Puncak view, nice recepsionists. A really good family weekender right option.

Good place. Suasananya garden sekali. Banyak tempat permainan anak2, taman, kolam renang dll. Sejuk dan dingin. Hotelnya cukup nyaman untuk menginap bersama keluarga.

Hard to give a fair rating, the place is undergoing massive renovations. Staff were good. List prices are expensive but there are good local deals going.

Good place for kids, lots of things to do, but not really enjoyable.
First, they got my booking wrong, but they did upgrade my room and send us welcome fruits, which is a nice gesture.
The room is large and clean, but no hot water coming out. I called the front office and after an hour, the hot water is available.
At night, the place is a bit noisy with loud music from nearby local resident's houses.
In the morning, we have breakfast in the top floor of our building. Despite we came at 08.00, the place is super crowded and we were put in waiting list. However, people not in waiting list just casually stroll into the restaurant and the manager didn't even try to stop them, which really made us angry. When we do get our turn, almost all the food was gone, except for fried rice and salad. We checked out of the hotel and get breakfast someplace else.
Actually it's a good place and I bet the family with kids will enjoy it, but these kind of minor annoyances happened repeatedly really sours our holiday mood. I like the place, but I'll go someplace else for my holiday.

One-stop family hotel. They also offer affordable camping ground with provided activities and instructor for minimum 20 persons. Nice view, fresh air, and great hospitality.

A safari themed hotel, suitable for family with kids, with a lot of activities for kids, must visit the bird park-feed thr birds, get special discount if you buy ticket to Taman Safari Cisarua

Very kids friendly. We can access Pulau Reptil, Bird Park and Swimming Pool for free. It also has good view and nice environment

It's a big resort with full of games. I came here with kids and no need to go to anywhere else. There are swimming pool, water boom, fishing pool, bumper card, outbound, mini golf and many more. Very recommended for family gathering or office outing.

Some rooms here are quite too old.. Hotel is less illuminated and some parts of the hallways are dark.. Need lots of improvements

Tempatnya asik... Kamar hotel Giraffenya oke... Dapet diskon klo mau ke taman safari... Cuma sayang utk hotel tipe Giraffe parkiran mobilnya gak ada atapnya jadi klo ujan lumayan pe er juga ujan2an buat ke lobby...
