Poor coordination between pendaftaran section and the other clinic. Need to be improved. My third times here and its been worst. Lack of communication between the staff. Worst of all this is the most hospital to be referenced from others and they have this kind of service. Come on PMI you can do better!

The place is clean and nice. The waiting room for BPJS patient very crowded, but the service is nice. For AFIAT clinic, the waiting room is comfortable and nice. The system they use is well organized. I used to do operation tooth with dr. Mita.

I had an opportunity to get labor and wosdom teeth treatment in here. These two experinces were good. Excellence service when i was in labor. The nurse and doctor are kind. I used BPJS and no difference treat like reguler patient

Although it is not government hospital, it serves BPJS patients as well as private. it is the best hospital in Bogor.

This hospital give good service for every patient that need extra health care. People from underprivilleged also get good service without make differentiation among rich and underprivilleged patients.
