Air conditioner leaking. No separator inside the bathroom so the shower water runs all over the bathroom floor and become slippery.

Sy baru pertama kali nginep di hotel ini sdh kecewa dgn petugas hotel tgl 9-10 okt 2017.. Mohon ditindak!!!... Karena tdk berkompeten sbg petugas/pelayan hotel.. Kerjaannya cuma main game hp dan nonton tv.. Tdk melayani dgn ramah kpd konsumen.. Kecewa dan tdk akan pernah k hotel ini lg.. Hati2 terjebak dgn deposit yg diminta...
