Usually karaoke at masterpiece verry nice. But this time i go to the masterpiece cibinong and i book the medium room. So excited to sing because i know quality of masterpiece so nice and sound clear. After enter the room i start to sing oh my god i got the bad room the sound is not good and not clear i still sing after 2 hours finish the man asking me want to get another one hour then i say ok but i want to change with another room he said ok. Then i moved to another room the sound is good but the worse is we got room there is so many Cockroach. I don't want to complain again so just keep singing. So disappointed even though it's my birthday i want to celebrate at karaoke masterpiece is my choice but i got the worse room here. i hope next time please clean the room and check the sound before u sell that room to customer So they really enjoy and sure always want to comeback.....

The best place to hang out with friends or family. This place has every song you want to sing. Best karaoke place ever!!!

Overall quality of the karaoke room (ie. sound, mic, lighting, etc) is the same with other Masterpiece branches, which is just great.
However, I had a not so good receptionist service experience there. I had booked the time and room beforehand but somehow the staffs there had some miscommunication between thus had me and my friends relocated to a smaller room. Though, they handled the issue quiet fast but it will be great of such miscommunication didn't happen

Ok selection of songs, the keep on updating with recent songs, sound system ok but i got the room with slight tear on the wallpaper, but the touchscreen on the panel isnt the best

Place are so clean and Music library almost complete but the Mic have some issue when you sing sometime mic not respond.

tempatnya bagus tetapi makanannya rasanya standard bahkan makanan pesenan kawan saya ada yg rasanya terlalu asin, kurang sesuai dengan harganya

Harga lumayan murah, tapi penjaga nya kebanyakan asik sendiri ngobrol dengan sesama pekerja. Pelanggan agak diabaikan.

Tempat hiburan / arena bernyanyi yang sangat recomended bgt untuk warga CIBINONG. dtempat tersebut memberikan banyak fasilitas. pelayann yg ramah dan tempat yg bersih.

Pelayanannya slow respon, sudah hampir 30 menit call waitres tapi gak ada yang datang, kabel mike nya banyak yg kurang di perhatikan.
