This place is a building complex that mainly serves as Distant Learning Unit of Indonesia Open University (Unit Program Belajar Jarak Jauh Universitas Terbuka). It is three storey building with adequate parking area both for car and motorcycle. The security is also adequate. Security officer always check the parking area and the area is also have cctv installed.
The first floor mainly occupied by administration office, but beside that there are also front office, waiting room, student advisory room, small library and toilets both for gents and ladies. If we have any bussiness with the UT we should consult the front office in this floor first. The second floor entirely occupied by office for student and academic affair. If our bussiness with UT consider the academic and student matter, we will be directed to this floor. The third floor is meeting hall that can be separated by partition to form smaller room. Those rooms usually served as classroom for tutorial. In this floor the UT students can also have their online exams.
To accommodate moslem staffs or students this place also has a praying room (mushola) in the back of main building complete with toilets and wudlu area.
