This BCA is now totally different.
Before we the customer BCA is not Bank Central Asia but Bank Capek Antri (Your Bank that make you tired because of long queing).
But last month i have a problem that i should print out my last 2 years account transaction. I should go to the 2nd floor directed by a gentle security. My qyeing number still not in turn. But a nice and polite customer lady in a high heel come to me in while I sit in the bench.Asking my problem. She quickly understand and ask me to stay in the bench and take the candy or a plastic glass of mineral water while she ask my permission to take some form to be filled and borrow my ID (KTP). She came and fill the form by asking some question and i just sit and answer her question. Sign the form she give back my ID because she already make a copy. She tell me that it need couple of days to print what I ask and i should reimburse the print out and asking my decision should pay in cash or deduct my account.Asking if there anything that she can help ?
What a wondefull hospitallity their practice in their daily activities.
They do the great job.
They maintain the toilets to keep it clean, dry and neat.

Tempat parkiran memadai, namun karena nasabah yang dilayani banyak, kadang parkiran penuh. Pegawainya ramah, sopan. Antriannya tertib.
