Walking distance to classrooms, library, gym and faculties. Laundry, electricity, gas,room cleaning service and water are included in monthly rental fees. Sharing kitchen, dining area and fridges available. The bedroom may be a bit small but there is an attached bathroom with shower head and sitting toilet.

One of the best boarding house for International student that study at IPB. The cost is quite affordable for some international students and the facilities are good. The most important, the security system here is superb.

International student residence. Convenient to the gym, dinning places and library. Very friendly front desk.

Asrama khusus mahasiswa internasional IPB dan fasilitas asrama lebih bagus dibandingkan asrama TPB.
