The service was very unsatisfactory at all ... even though I only asked for a MCH book ... instead the nurse even said 'rushing' ... "What are you going here for?" The nurse said repetition ..
I beg that if there are patients talking to be listened to, do not immediately 'rush'.

Service is not satisfactory. In giving direction, please use soft language, no need to be 'assertive', and patiently listen to patient complaints. Because it affects the comfort of the patient in treatment.

Memang kondisi tertata dn bagus. Tp mon maaf pelayanan mengecewakan. tolong kondisi wajah dn mimik pelayanan jangan judes2

08.30 sampai, pelayanan belum buka. Sudah banyak yg antri
09.20 balik lagi, sudah buka urutan 35 ????

Puskesmas Kanigoro agak mengecewakan hari ini....antrian pertama kondisi sepi...jam waktunya beroperasi...tapi petugas nya cas cis cus rumpi sana sini...padahal saya sedang sibuk untuk melengkapi berkas lain
