Beautiful beach. Friendly staff. Quiet environment. Unfortunately, the beach is not so clean, there are fuel tar along the beach which we don't know and when we swim in the sea, it dirtied or stained to our swimming costume. :-(
The beach sand are white and attractive, but there are a lot of flies and bugs which are very irritating when walking the beach.
The food sold in the Nirwana Group are expensive.....just 1 bottle of mineral water can cost me Rp.70,000 which is equivalent to S$7.00 before VAT and SC. I find the food sold in Nirwana is expensive than Singapore hotels......
The gym and bowling closed at 8pm and 9pm respectively are too early.

Nice place to stay and cheapest rate in lagoi resort. You can get worth facilities

Excellent view. But watch out for oil tar when walking bare foot. Breakfast buffet serving SGD. 17/person and beach BBQ buffet with live band for SGD 55/person. For beer & ice cream better brought from mini market at plaza lagoi, there are free shuttle service from resort to Plaza Lagoi

They offer so many options of water sport activities that you can't even try all of them in a week. If the wheater is nice, you could really enjoy the amazing views. The wind is a bit heavy but as you can see in this pictures, the sands is white and very soft. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Clean and cozy place. You can find the historical Lancang Kuning ship wreck in the beach.

Nirwana Beach Club was located on a beautiful piece of property. The pool over at the hotel was amazing and beautiful. If it weren't for the pool our weekend would have been not as nice. Our bungalow was adequate but not for what we paid for it. On the website we saw one price but, after booking the price more than doubled and we had already paid for it. Because of the conversion rates it was difficult to tell what the price was and what was included. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. We talked to other friends that got their bungalows for 1/3 of the price that we paid for ours. We spend all of our time over at the pool at the hotel and it was beautiful. The breakfast was good. We ate one dinner at the upstairs restaurant and the food was good except my husband ordered a beef sandwich and he couldn't even chew the beef because it was tough. When he told the manager about it, the manager just said (in an embarrassed way) oh I'm sorry thanks for telling us. He never offered compensation. The meal on Saturday night was a meat buffet. We were told one price but, then there were lots of extra charges and it ended up costing us quite a bit more. Again, the beef on the buffet was not good because of how it was cooked. Overall, the meal was not worth what we paid. We did use our bowling coupons and it was lots of fun. I don't know if we will go back to Nirwana. They had lots of activities available but, we have lots of friends that have gone to another resort in Bintan and they had a much better experience for lots less money.

Stayed here for 3D2N before moving on to another resort for my 5D4N holiday. Nirwana Beach Club is situated right in the middle of Nirwana Gardens and complimentary shuttle rides you around to different locations such as the ferry terminal and the other resorts inside Nirwana Gardens.
The room was finished with wood and was really comfy. However, amenities like toothbrush was not provided (like in Australia). There was no wardrobe so needless to say, this place is more for backpackers. The power socket was really far from bed so if you're planning to use your devices on the bed, make sure you bring a extension.
The Wifi was mainly shared throughout Nirwana Gardens and the connection is slow from time to time and disconnects frequently on the phone.
The breakfast area and swimming pool is shared with Nirwana Gardens Resort/Hotel. Tends to be packed on the weekends
However, the staff are friendly and will always greet you when you walk by. Really feel very welcome!

We arrived in the evening and found the beach club to be a bit basic and spooky. We were considering asking to be moved to the hotel. When we woke up, however we very pleasantly surprised. Gorgeous location. Nice beaches and restaurants. Pleasantly separate from the busy parts of the resort.

It is a budget destination for those who don't want to pay more yet still want to enjoy a good beach and some resort/hotel facilities. Most of the facilities are at the hotel side of the resort, a lovely 5-10 minute walk away from the chalets. There's a beach bar nearby. Do note that prices here are not cheap. If you're going from Singapore, he prepared to pay at least equal (in most cases way more than) prices in Singapore. You do get good service/food here. If you've got enough space in your luggage I'd recommend bringing food with you.

It's amazing place to enjoy on beach and water sports. Food is quiet expensive but water sports like snorkeling, under water diving, jet ski, Para Sailing, Banana Boat and many more are at reasonable cost.
