Overall service is good with different types of activities. But bar closes 12am and bar service is not very good

Hidden paradise filled with beautiful people, and amazing GO, specifically Soy & Vernon at reception, and Hera with the most amazing voice and super friendly disposition. The food is great - well done to Morne - and activities are awesome.

Had a fantastic holiday, spent 5 days relaxing on the beach or around the pool. I was spoilt for choice with food options, my favorite being the Indian and Japanese. If I had my kids with me they would have enjoyed the trapeze lessons along with many other activities available daily. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, ultimately being the center of what made this resort an amazing holiday experience. Highly recommended.

Although there are only 2 main restaurants, but food varies daily, it's as if you are going to a different restaurant. Restaurant is not crowded and it's easy to get a empty table. Staffs are extremely friendly. If your child is independent, you could leave him or her with the kids club and you could have a peaceful getaway!

Everything is free and catered for, excellent food and service, well worth the cost. Almost a steal

My second experience in clubmed. Good experience but not excellent. Facility is a bit too fashion, maintainence has good room to improve, service is well organized but not as much as the one in Malaysia, choices of food is also a bit disappointing. Probably not so recommended if u r not living in Singapore.

Friendly staff, great place to be, the 5 days flew by in a blink... food wise not super fantastic, but lots of food choices, enough to satisfy most...

Amazing place for the whole family, esp. for kids! Mini club/ kids club activities keep the little ones busy and the mamas and papas can enjoy other leisure activities, massage etc. Food is moderate - kids favorites are served throughout the day. Stayed here for three nights, and the menu changes everyday. Room is moderate - no big surprises. No kiddie pools in the pool area tho. Friendly staff.

Sent my luggage to the wrong room. Wanted a double room but after numerous emphases STILL got a twin room.
The place is scenic and staff are friendly and sociable. There is a bar nearby, always and therefore uou will never go thirsty.《T a N》

Rooms have been renovated to a better standard since I last visited two years ago. There are more activities and facilities. Amazing GOs and GEs. The daily night shows were amazing too!
They are now serving food in smaller plates but of higher quality.
My family really enjoyed our second visit to Clubmed Bintan.

Went there for a day trip. Bought the day pass at around SGD120. Return bus from the ferry terminal not included. Another SGD11 for that. Great value for a weekend trip. You get late breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet and all day snacks. The bars are all open and inclusive too. Got to pay for premium stuff tho. Overall great time, expect high quality service from club med. Remember to keep your day pass tag somewhere safe once you checked in the resort. Felt a little discriminated against, some staff pointed and giggled at our day pass tags.. not sure why.

Loving sun, sand, sea, sports. This is a place to go. Friendly staff made the pleasant experiences. Room is not so great as you should be staying out to enjoy all experiences provided by the resort.

Nice chill place with lots to do. The trapeze went down well with our kids. Food was amazing, including the head chef who helped select the right food for a family member that had allergies.

My whole family loved the resort. It is a well run place. The people are so much fun and engaging. There fun are activities for the kids and adults and you can just hide somewhere shady when the day gets too much.

Room Facility not well maintained, door handle not function very well. Food wise is good, got many variety & overall taste good. Night Activities & show is good too.

Love the activities they have for kids. Amenities and room looks old and sad. Not what I would expect from Club Med. A little disappointed.
Gabriella Sharon (23/07/2017 09:03)
Club Med is no doubt the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The G.O.s are very friendly. They're very professional and I love how this hotel has a lot of G.O.s from different countries so that people can easily talk to them, either with native language or English. There are a lot of activities to do for all ages. The night shows will definitely make your stomach hurts from laughing. The food and drinks here made me speechless. Nice room and also nice view. I will always looking forward for the next visit to any of Club Med hotel.
Will Chen (02/07/2017 15:33)
Overall great experience! Great variety of activities to do for all ages. The main dining hall serves great quality cuisines of different regions. GOs are kind and hospitable, and each has many talents. A great place for family with children to vacation. Highly recommended!

Overall this was a great place to visit. The hotel looks beautiful, the rooms where very comfortable and the staff where excellent. However, the food could have being better and the layout of the resort could have being improved to reduce walking time and make it easier to navigate around it.
Zi Kai Koh (19/06/2017 13:53)
My family of 5 enjoyed all the activities organized. All my kids went to mini club and petit club. Rooms are not luxurious, but more than sufficient for a good night's rest. Our room at Block E is near enough to the main building and facilities. Toiletries are provided, even mosquito repellent wipes. Compared to our previous stay at another Club Med, we find that the food standard is ok, but not as good. However as per Club Med standard, there are lots of variety and there is bound to be something you'll like at the restaurant. The reservations-only restaurant is outdoors, so bring along the insect repellent wipes just in case it's a bugs night out.

The property is big. It's clean, maintained and beautiful. The staff here is very helpful. The rooms are pretty good. There is free WiFi in the entire property which is very slow but if you want speed you can pay for it. As it is an all inclusive resort everything is free including most of the activities, food and unlimited beverages. And if you are above 18 years of age you are eligible for free alcoholic drinks as well. For lunch and dinner there are different cuisines (Chinese, Italian, Indian, etc) available. Overall it is an amazing place to relax and enjoy.
Heap Yong (01/06/2017 04:50)
Wonderful experience during the stay. The entire package is all inclusive, including unlimited free flow of drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) from the bars around the resort.
Plenty of activities to do around, especially for the kids. For the adventurous, there's plenty of water sports. For the tired, there are more sedentary (non)-activities as well.
Food at the Waterfall (yeah, it is the name of the restaurant) is actually amazing for a buffet style. The chefs take pride into arranging the food on the plates, and the staff makes sure the food is continuously restocked.
Honourable mention to Yusoff, the chief Guest officer who goes above and beyond to entertain the guests, including a stage show every night.
Highly recommend, and definitely will return to this wonderful place.
David Kamajaya (27/04/2017 04:18)
Very lovely place, staffs are great, friendly and helpful. Other guests are also nice. You don't have to worry about foods drinks because all are free.
A must place to visit if you want to have a getaway.

Great place for a weekend get away. The room is clean and well maintained. Environment is gorgeous, not to mention the spa which is like walking into another world. The service is top as well. Only down side was the lack of maintenance for some equipment such as the flying trapeze, karaoke and pool table which were in appalling condition.
David Gee (26/03/2017 11:31)
Great holiday place for kids with lots to do and a great kids club. Water in ocean is very clear and warm and recently refurbished rooms very comfy.
Food is very nice in resturant a cut above normal buffets.
2 golf course near by and mini driving range and putting green on site.
Staff are very friendly and the kids love the attention.

I spent only 1 week at Club Med Bintan Island, but that was a week I will never forget. The beach is just lovely, so close from even the most isolated accommodation in the resort. The sand is white, the water clear, and a bar so close to the water I was never without a cocktail!
That said, waves and sand are not every customer's preference, so Club Med Bintan (CMB) provides a pair of crystal clear swimming pools free for all customers. I was lucky enough to experience a swim in the pool during a rainstorm, with the rain hitting the water creating beautiful little splashes.
The food was exceptional, so many different cultures and culinary backgrounds in one place. Each nationality's food is found in a different section of the Waterfall Restaurant (CMB's main restaurant), with a central buffet providing even the most unadventurous pallet some worthwhile tucker. Any customer could be as creative (or boring!) as they wanted, with a lovely selection of breads, fruits and cheeses allowing for a spot of light eating after a swim in the pristine pool, and the unlimited supply of enticing wines did not go unnoticed either.
The activities at CMB are many and exciting, with my favourites being kayaking and snorkeling. Snorkeling takes the customer, not that i should say customer when it is included for free, out around a rocky island about 1 km from the resort. Here, after a brief safety instructional, the GM (which i shall use instead of customer) heads into the water and experiences the fastest 45 minutes of their life. Hundreds of little fish swirl around the GM against a backdrop of vibrant coral, creating an overwhelming sensory overload which left me grinning from ear to ear. The fish must be used to humans, as they swim alongside and even in front of the GM. Eels poke their heads of their rocky caves for a cautionary glance at you, before slipping back inside with only a small cloud of sand showing they were ever there. A life jacket supports the GM, which i am glad of, as I dare say I was so enchanted with this place that I may have neglected to swim. When time is up, the whole boat is a chatter of excited voices, each telling another of their amazing underwater adventures.. I especially loved this, as the group that had been quiet on the way out was now a mess of introductions and newly forged friendships.

Great place to spend quality time and activities with family and friends. Superb staff and nice ambience. Abeit slow and spotty Internet connectivity.

가족여행으로 최고. If you're coming from Jakarta or other Indonesian cities, just fly to Tanjung Pinang airport instead of goong through SG. The road from airport to Club Med is now in good condition and t'll take you only an hour.

Great place, great people and family friendly. Many activities, but some buildings and room interior where we stayed looks tired and needs updating. Lack of escalator access to upper levels of rooms, you negotiate steps. Otherwise great for people and families not medically challenged and looking for an all inclusive experience including food, drinks (except premium stuff) included in price.

3 times I've been here, still feel like coming back. Super relax! My son loves the Petit Club. The GO's were extremely professional. Food was only ok, but who is here for the food...

Lots of fun for the family. As with all Club Meds there is lots to do here, and the service staff (guest relations officers) are all very friendly and knowledgeable.

amazing place with amazing people- best week of my life!
the building is a bit dated and some parts of the village do not have elevator-
wifi was not too stable but this is actually not bad as the whole point of staying here is to relax and disconnect with the world!
all the activities are well-organised, especially the shows and parties at night and Teens/Mini Club activities- the GOs are incredibly nice.
a pity is that watersports is closed due to strong monsoon.
thank you, we will be back!

Great place for a "quasi staycation" - feels like you are hours away from the city but you are really less than 1h from Singapore's Tanah Merah ferry terminal. Great beach and OK rooms (don't take the basic ones though). The food is OK but could be better though - some dishes are a success and some are just terrible.

Fantastic 6 night stay with ClubMed Bintan Island. The only thing that spoilt it was the weather! 2.5 days out of 5 it was raining. We travelled 1st-6th August and did expect it to be sunny most of the time, one day it rained until around 3pm!
The resort itself is lovely, our rooms were well positioned and we had sea views and balcony. The kids loved the Trapeze lessons and we all enjoyed the various water sports activities including Kayaking, snorkelling, sailing & windsurfing. The food was varied enough not to get bored and the two restaurants and 3 bars kept you well fuelled for the day and night time.
Would definitely recommend just check the weather predictions before booking.

In need of a bit of a renovation and touch up but i had such an amazing time. The environment, staff and activities are top notch and the beach is stunning. Highly recommend doing the snorkelling, circus(trapeze) and mountain bike riding. Many great friends were made on our trip with the staff and fellow guests. They certainly do make it sad to leave!
