We had a good stay at Komodo Lodge, they were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a reasonable size and had everything we needed. The only downside was the mosquitos that managed to find their way into the room, they did supply a mosquito net over the bed to mitigate against them though. The breakfast they served was good, and they also have cold, filtered water to fill up your drink bottle which was awesome. The showers were hot too which was a nice change, but the water pressure was fairly weak.

Basic but not proportionately cheaper. Staff need to speak another language, hard to communicate. Very poor breakfast.

Location short drive away from the airport and port. Rooms clean, bathroom large. Service good. Staff friendly. Breakfast choose and they will serve to outside your room in the morning at the time you requested

Location off the main street but still very close. Typical size room with a clean bathroom. The wifi was just in range from our room which was handy. Shuttle to the airport was included. Only small quibble was with the breakfast which was on the small side and the 'orange juice' was just cordial.

Lovely clean rooms made up very nicely everyday! Breakfast served to order on your private terrace! Some of the friendliest staff around. Quiet street with everything nearby. Only downside some construction noise they warned us about when we booked. Great value

15 min by car from the airport. maybe a bit far from the beach (waecicu beach for instance which is wonderful but far, but close to pede beach that seems to be polluted by plastic garbage). hotel manager is very nice and helpful, gave us lot of advice. On her advice, we went to the mirror's cave that is nice to visit, then headed to the waecicu beach by car. there is a little convenient shop in front of the hotel for buying drinks. it is not far from the main street with the restaurants (5-10min by foot) which is quite noisy. hotel location is very calm compared to the main street that is busy at night. Room is nice, with fan and air conditioning, mosquito netting covering the whole bed. staff is very kind and polite. There is more than sufficient comfort for staying for some nights.

Pros: Beyond my expectation, the room is big enough. And there is hot water. The staff are local and very friendly, even prepare the breakfast so early since we need to leave 6am next morning. 5min walk to the town center/pier.
Cons: No television. But anyway, when in Komodo, who needs a television.

Room clean with desk and table, bathroom clean (maybe smells mouldy)
Breakfast was too small : two toast breads with butter and jam + tea + 1 banana

Great place to stay. Can walk to everything from here but quite up a side street. Nice breakfast delivered to your door.

One of the moderately priced places in Labuan Bajo, but rightfully so. The rooms are clean and very nicely organized. There was a safe in the room and the bathroom was bright, clean with warm water. Everything was working as advertised, including breakfast every morning with quite a few choices!
Labuan Bajo has incredibly expensive accommodation compared to other places in Indonesia, but I can happily recommend this place.
Only thing one should be aware is that the mosque is really close! They wake the whole town up at 4am... Sadly the know reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. If you're a light sleeper you won't be well rested for a day of diving.

Great place to spend a few nights before or after diving. They have delicious breakfast served to your door.

Nice and clean basic accommodation. Breakfast is on the patio outside of your room.
