This resort could be at the furthest point at Bajo, can be found after the Plataran. Going to the resort is not easy, still rocky and sandy; but the resort offers jetty for the guests where they can pick you or send you to the other resort (Waecicu Beach Inn) and easier for the drivers or the guests to arrive at the resort.
Talking about the resort, i love the faciities. They have wooden house and its quite separated from others' houses. You get the ambience of staying in forest kinda thing which is very peaceful for people who prefer quiet moment. There is a choice of executive and deluxe room, where in deluxe room you get bigger room, with aircon, mini fridge and balcony.
Lobby and dining area is on the shoreline so you can get nice view of the beach when you are dining.
For breakfast, its kinda limited. A non buffet style, you select from their menu and they cook it for you.
Overall, i like this place.

Nice place for a getaway with breathtaking view from each bungalow. Acces to main road is not comfortable.

Painful!!!
(warning long review, need to knows at the bottom)
This experience went from bad to terrible... Dirty bathrooms, terrible wifi, no running water, power outages and hidden costs!
We had issues finding the place, another hotel arranged pick up for us. When we arrived we were taken up A LOT of stairs to our room - the room was not the one we booked online, no aircon, no fridge it was completely different! So back down the stairs to sort the room out only to be told there was nothing that can be done so we agreed to stay in that room for the night and change to our correct room for the remainder of our stay.
We walked back up the stairs to settle into the room then discovered there was no running water when I went to have a shower. So back down the stairs.... Management went to fix it but told us 2 hours later they found us a room.
So once again back to the top room to collect belongings and down the stairs to a room closer to reception. Now this room was nice! It had running water, air-con and a beautiful view! Lovely!! Now we had a full day of diving the next day so we left our belongings in the room and thought this is great we’ve got a room sorted. But NO that was not the case at all! They didn’t say we were moving rooms, they didn’t ask for the key before we left. It wasnt until we were dropped into town that the boat captain received a phone call saying they need our room key to move us into ANOTHER ROOM!!! 🙄 I was getting quite fed up by this stage. My bag wasn’t packed so they had to collect up my stuff for me - thankfully nothing went missing.
After a great day of diving we arrived back to Eden beach to be shown to another room... 3 rooms in 24hours! This room turned out to be the correct room that we booked online! Finally!!! But then.... the toilet wouldn’t flush 😖 and we lost water and power... so for the remainder of my stay here if I wanted to go to the toilet I had to lift the top of the toilet off and pull the lever inside it.
This place was not relaxing or pleasant, it was so painful! If we didn’t have tours booked and already paid we would have moved hotels.
Also things to know... there is an option to get a taxi but be warned taxi drivers don’t like driving off bitumen and the road to eden is bumpy in places - don’t pay anymore than 100,000 each way! We had to barter for 70/80. Also make sure you have the directions on maps because often the taxi drivers don’t know the way or they try to drop you off earlier.
This place does allow you to get away from the main town and does have beautiful views however that alone is not worth it for me - I will never stay here again or recommend this to anyone. Save yourself the drama and frustration and stay closer to town.

Resort and bungalow it's OK. The Beach and waters no so good. Access and moving to and from de resort, desaster. No entrance by car. Only from the beach. If you think reach the road, think again. You have to claim long distance

You will arrive by boat and it will involve a paddle to the shore - wear waterproof shoes and something that rolls up or dries quickly. Idyllic setting, however it is remote. Lovely food and on 2 nights there was a communal table and a BBQ put on. All rooms set into the hillside. Limited WiFi which makes it a lovely peaceful place.
Beach area is not always clean and a lot of plastic is washed up.

The place should be cheaper or the bungalows more fancy. It is more tramp hut than honeymoon bungalow.
Nice place for relax. There is nothing to do than just read books, sleep, eat. Very nice snorkeling just in front of the hotel. If you want to go to the city, you must to pay 150.000 for the taxi boat (last boat from the city is at 17:00?!?). Wifi is not for free and is only 3 hrs /day every evening.

Little heaven on Earth for those who seek peace in Labuan Bajo. Beautiful bungalows located on a hill, some of them require indeed a couple of stars to walk. There is a restaurant (delicious food!!) on site and clean beach where guests can watch truly amazing sunsets. Snorkelling gear and kayak rental. The resort is located 20 minutes drive from the town. Road still under constructions, passable but maybe challenging at the end. Highly recommended if you want to relax, maybe not for divers who need to travel everyday to the centre.
