Have done over 150 dives on many different places, this is hands down the worst experience. Dont be fooled by the nice appearence on the dive shop. Had an DM that didnt care at all, equipment was in bad condition and the air in some of the tanks smelled really bad :/ Not a fan of using a rusty engine onboard to fill them.. And having people standing around the air intake smoking.
Feel bad for people taking open water here and dont know better, you are missing out!
No this was bad, never again!
But there are alot of good dive centers in LB, can personally recommend Scuba junkie Komodo and Uber scuba Komodo.

I had a great experience with Divers Paradise Komodo last month. It was my second time diving and my partner's first time, and Alvaro, Marta and the dive masters made us feel very comfortable and safe all the time. Dive in Komodo is some of the best things i have ever done. Thanks for everything!

Took a 3 dive package, the dive master kk was incredibly helpful and very reassuring considering I was diving for the first time...all thre dive spots were amazing and the bald Indian guide was very helpful too

Great staff, in their pre-dive briefings they showed concern with the environment, advising people not to touch animals, not to throw away gargabe in the sea, and etc. They weren't using disposable plastics/aluminium for our meals, neither for plastic cups for water and tea/coffee. Nice boat with a relaxing area, good diving equipments (not brand new but all in good condition), fair prices

My friend and I have been diving and snorkeling loads of time, but never felt that unwelcomed on a boat. We booked the 31st of january for the day after, paying for a snorkeling day trip and a camera rental. The divers in the shop (two spanish divers Alvaro and a girl) tried many times to make us change our mind for a diving option, but we stayed put. We were after that no longer considered as "real costumers" (we know you won't have your comission when people are snorkeling instead of diving, but some professionalism might not be too much to ask ?)
The day after at the breakfast no hello, no explications, no conversations at all from the same spanish instructors (except for the divers of course). We felt completely left over during the whole trip.
When we arrived on the boat the only person who told the costumers some security instructions was a dive instructors working in the company - but who was OFF/ not working during the trip. Hm, alright ? No security rules, no explications about the snorkeling (like about the behaviour when seeing animals, that kind of basic stuff instructors are supposed to tell before entering the water) just a really short talk about where we have to go.
As we rented a camera I ask for it, but none of the instructors have it. The only answer was "uh, did you ask at the shop before we left?". Hm no ? I paid for a camera, I assume that it will be with all the equipments ? That I don't have to make you remember ?
So NO camera, no organization, no professionalism from the crew.
We still had a really good time cause the sites were beautiful, we swam with manta rays and went to see the dragons afterwards. I would recommend to do a day trip there, but defenitly NOT with this company !!!!

Did my OWD certificate here. All people working here were super professional, and the equipment felt good and well maintained. If you choose to dive with this company you won't be disappointed!

Had to walk out after such bad service. So many other people int he town commented on the problems once on the boat. Glad we skipped it!
