Hotel could have been cleaner, and definitely requires a good repair. Air cond of our friends in other room was leaking the whole night, and almost killed the phone, but personnel didn't try to fix it.

Simple...near airport...located at the hill...around 10 minutes walking distance from airport and 20 minutes if u want to go to the crowd or harbour..

An eclectic little hotel.
Not easily accessible but has an ok view of part of the bay in the upper rooms. Ojeks didn't even know where it was or had ever heard of it.
Decent room with a nice porch. A lot of ants since it's basically in the forest. Weird bathroom with the shower head super low, and the ac unit right over the shower area. The rain from the roof goes into the bathroom? Weird designs.
Two rooms were under construction at the top when I was there.
The stairs up to the rooms are strangely bizarre and uneven as well.
The thing that's memorable is the funny young staff that are slowly and shyly learning English and are extremely helpful.

350k per night is not the greatest value you can get here. Staff incredibly sweet. Breakfast consisted of two toast slices, jam, butter and a tasteless omelette. Location is inconvenient (at least 15 min walk down the hill, Ojeks charge 15k) however minimizes the noise level of the Muslim prayer in town. Outdoor bathroom with a mosquito squad partying in there, toilet was somehow broken so each time we flushed we had to pour the water back into the thingy manually. No towels but water provided. Lovely view.

If you're looking for a good budget base to explore Komodo National Park, Labuan Bajo and Flores this place does the trick. Very basic accommodation with friendly staff. Free airport pickup and "breakfast" (one egg and two slices of toast) for guests. Double room includes private veranda, queen bed, wardrobe and a basic bathroom with western toilet and shower. Hot water available but we haven't used it because the air temperature is already hot enough as it is! No frills at a bargain price.

Budget hotel, clean and nice, big room.
Only a few minutes from the airport/seaport. Built in stages on a mountain slope with scant view to the sea. The lobby is also the dining place. The hotel surrounding is still undeveloped, full of trees that survive in dry soil. The slope is quite ascending but not steep, if you get the last room at the top, good luck with the exercise. The newest rooms are actually at the lowest level, near the lobby.
The room is totally clean, full aircon. The toilet is huge and open air, covered with tall walls. The design of the toilet is mind boggling, but I wouldn’t complain as long as it is still functioning. Water heater is working, but the debit flow is too weak, however, the city is warm, I don’t need hot water. Breakfast is basically toast bread and egg (sunny side up or omelets) plus make-it-yourself Flores coffee. The staffs are friendly.
No wifi. The hotel is near telecom tower, so Telkomsel and Indosat signal are strong.
