Really bang for the buck! Clean, comfortable bed, new sheet for each guest, personal lamp and electrical socket, and curtain for each bed for extra privacy. The shower was small but clean, hot water, and towel included per guest. IDR 100k per night include breakfast (toast and coffee or tea).

Good location, ok rates, friendly staff, nice lockers and simple breakfast. Needs a small restaurant - if available then is not advertised.

For 100.000 RP per night I think you get a good value for your money. Comfortable beds and a nice cool dorm with both AC and fans. Has a nice terrace where we had some dinners. Breakfast is also included witch is nice.

if you're looking for a bunk bed hostel in labuan bajo with different atmosphere, which is 95% is a foreign tourist, just stay at bajo nature backpacker. only takes 45 minutes walk or 10 minutes by motorcycle from airport, and 15 minutes walk to the harbour, it's really good place to stay before your sailing. include breakfast such as bread, banana, strawberry jam, egg, coffee and tea, nice and really help staff, and near from local food resto, and also near from motor cycle rent. uugghh i spent 2 nights here and it was amazing stay and also my first experience try to stay at bunk bed hostel. well done bajo nature backpacker

I am happy to have stayed there! The staff is competent, the room was clean, they had a balcony and good Wi-Fi! :)

Pretty new bunk beads with electronic lockers, good privacy with the curtains and with a light and power plug for every bead.
There‘s an ac, but also a lot of fans, because it‘s pretty much just one big room and the ac is too weak. The room with the reception is either still under construction or already completely broken down. But the terrace is very nice!
They have four showers of which two were broken and the water pressure is very weak. But it‘s hot water!

Stayed for one night. They have double bedrooms and dorms (about 18 bed in one room), all air conditioned. Water pressure from the shower was quite poor. Luckily there was European toilets. The breakfast provided was just toast and egg.

Nice hostel. The beds are really good and shower is clean. Good standard for small money but it is not a good place to hang out. For me the best was the good location and cleanliness

It's clean enough, breakfast allright, WiFi nice, service friendly, no 5 stars because he common area is quite narrow.

Clean, comfy beds, but breakfast is very basic, and shower heads are mostly broken

I had an amazing stay at Bajo Nature Backpackers. The dormrooms are clean, chill and the beds are really comfortable. Moreover the staff is really helpful for anything you need. If I could, I would have extended for more days! Thank you so much!

Great price and with a large safe per bed. You walk through reception to get to the beds. It's a bit noisy cause it's on the main road, and during the day it's ridiculously hot. At night it turned a bit cold. Breakfast was toast and egg.

Comfortable, very clean and best location in the hustle and bustle of the main road in Labuan Bajo. Very affordable, one of the best backpacker experience to date. Highly recommended for travelers visiting the komodo islands.

Very centrally located in Labuan Bajo. Beds are very comfortable with clean rooms and shared toilets. It is definitely very worth it for the price paid (IDR100,000 per night)!

Good stuff
location if you are going to scuba dive
Decent sized lockers
Curtains on bed with light and power socket

Bad stuff
30 beds in one dorm - yes you read that correctly so don't expect to sleep
3 showers for 30 guests
AC very weak and the dorm is not mosquito proof
No mozzie nets in beds
The place is like a building site - at the moment you need to climb over copper piping to get to the entrance
No where to hang damp clothes which is strange as most guests are here to scuba dive
No communal area - the lounge turns out to be some chairs on a landing, which incidentally is where breakfast is served for 32 guests
No onsite restaurant as per website
Upon arrival some guys sitting by 'reception' persistently hassled me and other guests to buy trips/tours
Staff struggle to understand basic English even when asking stuff to do with the accommodation

I've stayed in hostels for £4/£5 in many countries and this compares VERY POORLY

For the budget traveler, this place is perfect. You'll be sleeping in a 30 bed dorm, but the way it's set out makes it so that the noise level is never bad. Really comfortable beds with AC. Electronic lockers provided. Nice staff. Well situated in town.

Bajo Nature Backpackers are currently undergoing a 'soft' opening, yet their hostel is far better than a good deal of hostels I've stayed in through my 15 months of travel!

The rooms are spacious with draws, safes' and privacy curtains, as well as each individual bed having a personal reading light and power socket. The rooms however, which some may find un-nerving, feature a walkway through all the dorms in a circular fashion, with no partitioning doors. You wouldn't ever notice, as the area is quite large which large walls as partitions. The AC works perfectly and the cold showers/toilets and dorms are cleaned constantly throughout the day.

The breakfast is a buffet style of tea/coffee and omelette and breads/spreads, which are also topped up from 7am-10am. If you would like some breads earlier, they can provide that too.

I really feel Nature Bajo backpackers are striving to go out of there way to make their guests happy, from the greetings each mornings, to the smiles and hellos when they are cleaning the dorms. They also fitted a wooden plank on my roommates bed to aid in positioning a mosquito net!

I would definitely recommend Bajo backpackers, if I'm ever back to Labuan Bajo - I will definitely be staying here!

Very clean and comfortable hostel for the price 100.000 for a night. The rooms may get a bit warm on the night, specially if it's full, I found it still bearable. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean. No hot water yet, but I never actually would have used it with the hot weather. Staff is nice and you get a small free breakfast every morning (for example toasts & coffee/tea). 100% recommended for backpackers and people wanting to save on accommodation.

If I come back to Labuan Bajo again I hope to stay here once more if the ACs are improved to be bigger ones and make the place more cozy.

I spent 2 nights here, by the way. It was horrible since I expected cold weather at the sleeping place after a long, hot day outdoor. Unfortunately, it was suck! It was so hot and what the owner provided us was only a fan. For the lower beds might be good, but for the upper beds, it was horrible and it was worse when there were more people came.

In front of the hostel was nothing and you might not see anything from the outside. It was too difficult to recognise that this is a hostel, so many people just walk passed it.

However, with the price of 100,000 rupiah, this place was cheap and worth to stay since other places were more expensive (and of course if you dont care much about hot weather!). Still, if I were you and had more money to spend I would find somewhere else because it was hot and uncomfortable in here.
