They serve good smoked duck panini and croissant in town. Quiet place to sit down relax or do your work.

Great place for a break. Also lots of art, local books, postcards, and travel info. Located near riverfront across street from Chinese Hisory Museum.

What a great but tiny treasure! Small shop full of knick knacks and beautiful things local. Pricy but beautiful things. Love getting postcards here. Good coffee and simple sandwiches. Beer too. Share my passion talks hosted here every Thursday night. Follow them know via their Facebook. Pretty good collection of local Borneo books as well.

Love the cafe ambience sitting in midst of all the souvenir shops in the city. Have great books on local culture and local wood & paintings. The apple crumble with ice cream dessert is irresistible. Food is nice and within one's budget.

A nice cozy place within the Main Bazaar area. The place stocks paintings and books that are for sale, along with the usual collection of tourist souvenirs. Great decor, lots of wood.
We stopped here for lunch and it seem unfortunate that there was only one staff member on duty. Thus our simple sandwiches took more than 30 minutes to be served.
I hear breakfast is pretty good but we did not have the opportunity to try.

Nice staff and great atmosphere. The food is a little pricier than other places but is delicious. The wifi was on the slow side when I went but the air-con was a welcome reprieve from the heat.
