Queued for 10 minutes just to be told to queue to next counter with more people waiting in line because he doesnt know how to operate the cashier machine.

Whats the point asking my name but write others person name ??? I wait at the counter for 15min with an unclaim drinks with other name ... if the spelling is incorrect thats ok ... but you write others name... please ... take action ..

i came with friends once and came here alone the other time. very friendly staff and willing to help me as a new buyer. crowded almost every night and nice environment.

Staff was always very friendly and very helpful, they remember you and always make your drink properly, and on the off chance they mess up they make sure you are properly compensated. Excellent place, I love hanging out here and reading a book or listening to music.

Ok
