Came across this place while looking for a place to buy water. There is a Mart called , sweet sweet Mart. They carry a selection of rare imported chocolates and local (Sarawak) made snacks and instant noodles. So instead of only buying water, I ended up buying a whole lot of chocolates, snacks and instant noodles as souvenirs.
But a lil disappointing is that one of the snacks I bought for a colleague was already expired. So please check before buying.

Parkson on this shopping complex offer a good deal of choice. Got one sape music instrument shop at ground floor which occasionally perform live at stage.

It use to be a perfect place for shopping. But changes of management doesn't seems to be getting a good crowd of people now.

Nothing much. It has a teater and bowling alley

I go here, maybe, once a year as there's not much for me to shop here. Others might find it otherwise.

Nostalgic, otherwise a dead place. I don't recommend tourists coming here. This is not how the rest of the city is like. Shameful

Very clean shopping area and neat little stores

It has seen its hey days in the past. It still houses a bowling alley, a cineplex and a Parkson. Some other small shops like Guardian and Mr DIY are in the complex.

When you looked at the building, it's just old. There isn't anything interesting but its location near the river makes it one of the better places for a rest when strolling along the river.

Lost its former glory. Only handful of shops are operating. Fortunately the two cafes namely Uncle Bennie Kopitiam and Kapas at the lower ground floor are the saving grace.. We were surprised to find this two gems. Uncle Bennie's serve delicious Laksa Sarawak and variety of dishes in their menu.
For coffee and dessert , Kapas adjacent to Uncle Bennie's is the go to in Riverside Shopping Centre.
Riverside can no longer claimed to be a shopping centre as there is hardly anything to shop except in Parkson. And if I really need to go to Parkson, i would rather go to the one in the newer shopping centres.
Riverside need to reposition itself and given a new lease of life. Its vicinity to the Waterfront n easy access to public transportation is already a plus.
It is sad to see what used to be a hub of activities dying a slow death

Small cinema but good. Sound is not the best but value for the location.
